Short version. We travelled bali and we started at this location and now I booked it again for the last day’s before we leave. It’s quit but in the middle of Kuta! The pool is huge and no one there. Close to a local market and de ocean. The scooter is a real plus. Thxs.

Excellent vacation. Location was great, next to a supermarket allowing for a great pick up spot and drop off for ride sharing apps. Kadek was a great host, very responsive. Amazing neighborhood. House was clean and just like the photos

Overall, quite good place especially if ur travelling alone. Place has nice design and it was clean. There was no insects as well. I didn’t use kitchen so can’t say much. Loved that it was more of a European style rooms, although I could hear my neighbours sometimes. The best part of the place is the location and internet. I could do my work online as well as it was walkable to main streets yet it was peaceful and not noisy at night. Host was responsive and welcoming as well. Definitely worth the money.

I had such a great stay. The home has an incredible view over the jungle. The host was amazing and very accomodating. Cannot wait to stay again!

Fabulous stay in Seminyak, clean room, clean pool, walkable to stores and restaurants and even the beach if you can stand walking in normal Bali heat, I personally took gojek rides to the beach area bc walking during the day was too hot for me but at night it is no problem. staff were very helpful and responsive. Other guests were pleasant and respectful. you can't beat the price. I would definitely stay again. was able to pay a small fee for a super late checkout which was appreciated and convenient as check in for our next stay was later that afternoon and we wanted to get a surf lesson in before leaving the Seminyak area.

Wayan and his staff were great. The area is very quiet and peaceful also the staff are very friendly. The place is also very close to a lot of the beaches and restaurants in Bali

It was a very pleasant living experience, the room was nice and clean, the pool was cleaned everyday and the water flows for the most of the day. The water temperature was warm, swimmimg there was very cozy. The breakfast was amazing, all were very tasty. The house is about 10 mins walking distance from the beach, on the way to the beach there is a hotel can serve very good and cheap food. And Arjuna was being very friendly and respond very quickly, thanks Arjuna :)

We enjoyed our time at the villa. Very nice accommodation exactly as described in the appointment. The location is very central, which has its pros (nice restaurants, everything close by etc) and cons (touristic hot spot). The local manager was very supportive - thank You, Daniel.
