Apartamento en frente del mar, tanto el salón como la habitacion de matrimonio dan directamente al mar. Terraza en el salón para perderse en los atardeceres. A 10min andando de la playa de Cala tirant. Urbanización tranquila y con facilidad de parking. Dispone de dos habitaciones, una de matrimonio y otra con dos camas. Ambas con ventiladores y armarios grandes. La cocina y el baño tienen todo lo necesario (bañera, lavadora, cocina, microondas..) En la cocina hay lo necesario para desayunar.

Es una casa acogedora y llena de sol todo el día, con un jardín buen cuidado y con piscina con tumbonas y dos sombrillas con dos mesas en distintos rincones y orientada al sur tiene 2 dormitorios 1 con cam doble y la otra con 2 camas y un baño con una ducha, el salón con salida a la piscina con 2 sofás y una estufa de leña y la Cocina bien equipada con una pica de piedra antigua y todo los utensilios necesarios. La casa es muy tranquila y rodeada de árboles y con parkin para coche dentro.
