We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. Particularly beautiful was the fenced garden, where our dog could move freely. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Natasha was a very helpful guest with lots of local recommendations. The place is lovely and perfect for a few summer days - with everything in walking distance and super fast Wifi (around 250 mbps +-)

We have spent a great long weekend. Apartment is equipped with anything you need and more. Contact with landlord was perfect and we felt really taken care. we also got restaurants recommendations and places to visit.

The stay at Mirkos Apartment was a great experience. The place has everything a family of 4 needs during holidays and especially the shady terrace under the leaves of the kiwi tree and the pool offer an excellent opportunity to cool off in hot weather. Mirko lives in the same house 2 floors above with his lovely family and he's a really nice guy and very helpful and takes care of the place himself. It seems to me that this is was airbnb was meant to be, before anonymous companies took over the market.

Simple and convenient apartment with a pleasant private terrace and a parking space for us. Hosts were very welcoming and accepted us warmly. They helped us out with everything we needed. We especially liked the convenient location for autumn walks and swimming - very close to nice beaches, walking to wilder beaches and to the old town along the beach.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

We stayed at Samo's place as a group of 8 people. This was as in the pictures and equipped with everything you could wish for. The house was very secluded, so we didn't have to worry about confronting residents. The size of the pool is perfect for swimming in it as well. Samo was a great host and always easily accessible. We recommend a car for the stay to get to the beach and as the supermarket in the village only had a very small selection and was a little more expensive. We will be happy to come back! _________________ We were a group of 8 at Samo's apartement. The House was as expected and described. Everything works. The Location is in a small village near Pula without any neighbours. We were on our own and we enjoyed this freedom. Pool Size was very good not only for chilling. It was possible to swim aswell. Samo is very kind and want to help every time. A car is recommended because the store in the village is very small.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely vacation home with a pool. The house was clean and peaceful, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Although we encountered a minor hiccup with the gas running out on the first evening, the host quickly came to our rescue, demonstrating their excellent responsiveness and hospitality. We also enjoyed the delightful presence of the host's two friendly cats and both of her dogs, who would occasionally visit and roam around the house. It added an extra touch of charm to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this vacation home for a tranquil and enjoyable holiday.

Veronika's place was perfect! It looks beautifully colorful and welcoming, you feel right at home there! Of course, the great pool with a beautiful view over the adjacent forest is particularly noteworthy. We only had friendly neighbors in the cottage next door, who also use the pool. The equipment of the apartment overall, also in the kitchen and bathroom, was really very good! Veronika is a friendly and attentive hostess, who is also happy to provide information on questions. The location of the apartment is very quiet and private, you have no neighbors in sight. At the same time, therefore, supermarkets and restaurants are further away and not within walking distance (about 20 minutes by car). We had a really good time at Veronika's and would be happy to come back!

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

Very easy and comfortable place that was easy to check into and right by the marina. We saw a gorgeous sunset as we arived over the masts in the marina. The beds were comfortable.

The place was really very nicely tastefully decorated and very clean. Great amenities. Everything you need. There's nothing to complain about. The contact was very nice and there was always an immediate response. Our dogs were welcome. Everything fenced, therefore perfect with dog. A bottle of wine and oil from your own production to welcome you. What you should know: the entire promenade of umag is completely renovated and it is therefore partly still a construction site. It didn't bother us. We really highly recommend the place

We were very happy with the place. The rooms, the pool, etc. were as shown in the photo and description. Someone was always there or reachable if we had any questions.
