Vacation rentals with a patio in Baldeneysee

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

Very nice and cool location

A wonderful apartment! Furnished and decorated to a very high standard with beautiful artworks and well designed spaces. High ceilings, wooden floor, quirky furniture and lighting. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. The outside terrace is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. This is our second visit, last time we stayed in the equally beautiful apartment downstairs.

I had a fantastic stay at Klaus’s apartment in Essen. The flat was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked—it truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Klaus was a gracious and kind host, providing his personal number and always being readily available for any questions. The apartment is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for getting around. If I’m ever back in Essen, I’ll definitely consider staying at Klaus’s place again!

Aleksandra was a very pleasant host. She was flexible with our needs and made our stay as nice as possible. The location was great too and we would recommend this airbnb to anyone.

I highly recommend it. Great amenities and comfortable beds including pillow selection. Very nice hosts, there was even a delicious espresso before departure! Just book and experience it for yourself. :)

We had three really nice days in Nina's apartment and felt super comfortable right from the start. Communication with her was totally straightforward – she was always available, responded super quickly and gave us super clear information. The apartment itself is in top condition, very clean and really nicely decorated – you can tell that she has put some thought into it. Everything worked smoothly and the handling was totally easy. Everything was a wonderful fit, communication was straightforward and the apartment very clean.

We had a very pleasant stay at Timur’s house, which is modernly equipped, clean and depicted just as the pictures showed. Timur is nice and hospitable, even provided bread, sausage and ice cream for us. The house’s location is awesome and just 15-20 minutes’ to Messe Dusseldorf and 10 minutes to Krefeld Hbf. Grocery store and parks are just several minutes’ walk. Krefeld is a quiet and friendly city. We love everything here! Will be expecting to be back next year! Thank you again, Timur

We had a very nice weekend. Cottage is beautiful, very well equipped and matched well with the listing. Region around Solingen is also beautiful, you can enjoy hiking and also cycling. Communication with Alexandra was smooth and clear. Recommended!

Elke received it in person at 10 pm. Show us around and explain everything. She had put drinks cold for us, there were fruits and a few treats. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is modern and nicely furnished. The bed very comfortable. We lacked nothing. Thanks for that dear Elke. We will be happy to come back.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. Everything is of the highest standard, with a modern and beautiful design. The beds are very comfortable and on the kitchen you will find everything you will need for making food. The area where the apartment is located is peaceful and clean. Check-in was also very smooth — even though we arrived late at midnight, the host kindly met us in person, explained everything we needed to know, and even gave us helpful tips on what to visit. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend staying here!

The flat is same as the picture. The bed is comfortable. Britta is very nice. She sent us the Easter Greeting. My daughter felt so happy.
