The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

We came to Montenegro and here for 3 weeks home office so-called workation. And this place was our last stop. We felt right at home, it's super spacious, the outdoor area is fantastic, the direct access to the water is incredibly beautiful. The Internet went out at some point and Anne immediately sent someone over with a SIM card so we could continue working without any problems. It was just perfect and the perfect end to our trip. Directly opposite was a small shop where there was everything you needed, so we didn't leave this place for a week. Highly recommended!

A lovely hidden gem in the city. You are surrounded by 1 acre of land with chickens and beautiful fruit trees. Parking is on the property what’s very convenient. We were a bit surprised that all properties in Shkoder are having high concrete walls, which doesn’t give a very appealing atmosphere. But to experience this area of Albania I really recommend staying at this location.

We spent a whole week here and it was unforgettable. We watched the flamingos into the spyglass right from the room, kayaking and biking, and just enjoying the peace, serenity and beauty around! The cabins are fantastic. Really cozy, clean and pretty. There is a well-maintained area, a huge beach within a 10-minute drive, an incredible view from the windows, and the house has everything you need and even more. Special thanks to the host for their attention to detail and responsiveness to any questions ❤️ If in doubt whether to go or not - be sure to come, you will definitely not regret if you like silence, privacy, and comfort in nature ☀️
