Super nice host. Very good at communicating and helpful. They helped us to find parking spot. Also. flexible on check out time. I would definitely stay again if I visit Valencia again.

First of all, this is a very nice apartment, everything needed was there and I was quite comfortable the entire time. The hosts were very responsive to my questions and took the trouble to reach out to me to inform me that the Valencia Marathon was on the morning I was leaving. The neighborhood is terrific with lots of restaurants and shops and less than a two minute walk to the Botanic Garden. Two things stand out: I have stayed in several apartments in Spain and this was, by far, the quietest. And it may seem trivial but the hosts spent the little bit extra to buy sheets that actually fit the mattress. Maybe I’m a little picky, but I hate it when one corner of the bottom sheet is constantly slipping off. Also they provided a sheet between the bottom sheet and duvet, which isn’t common. Small stuff, but the main use of the apartment is sleeping. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay at Rosa’s apartment! Rosa is incredibly friendly and responds very quickly to any messages. The apartment itself is spacious and has a lovely little balcony. The Wi-Fi is excellent, with very high speeds — perfect for working remotely, which was important for us. The location is super central, meaning everything is close by, but it also means the street can be quite busy and a bit noisy at times. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!
