The space is beautiful, the interior is tastefully decorated, the outside with its pool is great, located close to everything.

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Giuseppe’s place was incredible. Right in the heart of Porto Cervo and walking distance from local restaurants and amenities. Refreshing pool accessible overlooking the port and excellent outdoor sitting area. Highly recommended!

Marta and Andrea were lovely warm and welcoming hosts. We loved meeting them and were treated to some amazing home cooked Italian meals, joining in with the family and we were made to feel right at home. They were very amusing hosts with some awesome stories and we had a wonderful time. The place is absolutely magical and has a ton of character. We can't wait to return to visit them again! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb with my family and some friends. The house is a tastefully renovated former stall. The location is stunning, situated in the peaceful Sardinian countryside yet not too isolated as close to Aglientu and the sea. It was lovely to explore the area and return to a quiet, relaxing space at the end of the day. Communication with the host was seamless. Fillippo was kind, responsive, friendly, and even spoiled us with fresh vegetables. I highly recommend this property to anyone who loves a minimalistic aesthetic and is looking for peace and rest.

Beautiful space in a great location! Close to restaurants and markets, as well as a walkable beach. I recommend renting a car if you’re staying here because there is not too much in the immediate area but close to a lot by car!

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Bertrand was super helpful and always available. The house is new and very tastefully decorated, everything required on site. The house is for private use, but there is still a 2nd house on the property, yet very private. Generally a clear recommendation !

++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. An incredibly beautiful gem just outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating host. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via the translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's small touches complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

It was perfect all around. Communication with Gavino was nice, informative and you could rely on everything. We were picked up at a nearby parking lot to get to this magical place. The place was as pictured and as described, but even nicer. Those who enjoy the tranquility and want to forget the hustle and bustle of the world are absolutely in good hands here. Thanks to the loving decor, you feel very, very comfortable from the first second. We can't thank Gavino enough for making this week possible for us.

Loved my stay at Marilde's. The apartment was clean, just as pictured. Great location, great for walking around the harbor with various restaurants and cafes and shops. I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

Riccardo is very kind and responsive, and provided many recommendations. The house is beautiful and the patio is proper luxury! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay + a stacked kitchen. A quick walk to the little neighborhood cove! We would love to come back.

Perfect location for my family consisting of me, my partner and our 2-year-old daughter. The house is very nice, new and equipped with all the comforts, in a quiet area, very well maintained, a stone's throw from the beach of Laconia (crossing the road we were on the seafront) and a few minutes' drive from a series of wonderful beaches (tanca manna, barca bruciata, le piscine). Marina and Monica were very kind, leaving us a gift on arrival and giving us cookies on departure. I hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay! Tranquil home set in a residential neighborhood overlooking the beautiful conca verde inlet. Short easy walk to the water for a quick dip. 5 minutes walk down the road to cafe and snack bar, plus a beachfront bar and boat rental during the high season. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: cookware, beach towels, umbrella, sun chairs, and more. The rooftop and outdoor patio overlooking the water was by far our favorite part! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sardinia. Host communication was prompt and helpful the entire time.
