Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

Located in a privileged environment, for walking and enjoying visits to the numerous wine and cava wineries in the area. The house has all the amenities (heating and air conditioning), as well as high-speed WiFi. We have transformed an old townhouse into a spacious, comfortable and relaxing home perfect for small groups of friends and families.

It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.

Located in the center of the maritime district and close to all services. Possibility of additional rental of a parking space near the apartment for € 8 per day. During the months of July and August the minimum stay will be six nights.
