Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved being on the lake and and having access to it. Vanessa gave loads of recommendations and communicated well. Pictures matched the place. Wouldn't hesitate going back.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

What can I say, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Jackie is an amazing host and could not be more accommodating and helpful. The caravan was so lovely and homely. Extremely clean with everything we could possibly need as a home from home. The beds were comfortable and we all had good nights sleep. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Our family had a lovely stay at Burrowbank at the end of the summer holiday. The house is fantastic with all the facilities you could ask for. The kids loved the swings and most of all the pool, while the covered (heated) BBQ area meant evening meals outside watching the sunset. Great location and setting, very private and we would definitely come again and recommend to others. Martyn and Christine were very helpful and went the extra mile (even posting my daughter’s disposable camera that she left behind). Can’t think of any negatives and we made some great/happy memories.

Absolutely Amazing few days Everything you need and more for a perfect stay. could have easily stayed longer. Delanie is just the Best Host, the Welcome Hamper was Amazing and very well thought out 🤩 Managed a day trip to Blackpool only 30mins away, but the Grandchildren were eager to get back to the Pool and Pool table 😃 We will be back 👍

Came back yesterday from Michael's place feeling refreshed and stressed free. Absolutely beautiful place. It was my husband's 40th and Michael went out his way to get a balloon. He is a top bloke, very friendly and helpful, recommend things for us to do and showed us round his amazing place. Everywhere was spotless and modern, hot tub and the pool to ourselves was a massive highlight. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing few days away in an astonishing place and surroundings.

Absolutely fabulous house - could not have asked for more. The hot tub and games room (including pool table) were amazing. Linzi is an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay there.

The house was exactly as described. very neat, comfortable and spacious. It felt like a home. The location of the house was a plus for us as it gave us easy access to the center of attractions. The nearby beach was really nice. Jennifer was also nice and responsive. she gave us clear instructions and left some complimentary drinks for us in the fridge which was very thoughtful of her. Overall, we had a great experience.

Beautiful place. Pristine condition and well looked after. Great outdoor space with a BBQ for when the weather is nice. Comfy beds. Not a thing out of place. Host was really helpful and responsive. Was concerned about being on a residential street and how the neighbours would be, but they were brilliant we had a brief chat and they were more than welcoming to us. Would 100% stay here again.

Great sized place with all you could need. Walkable to the seafront and all the local attractions. Hosts are friendly and responded quickly when we had an issue. Would definitely come back

Very nice cute little cottage, ideal location to get into the lakes, well kitted out, comfy bed, just a bit chilly in the mornings and night time but we had a log burner which john supplied plenty of logs for us, highly recomend.

Absolutely lovely house. It was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for our family and 3 dogs to spread out and be comfortable. The bedding upstairs was so comfortable and towels for each guest in the bedroom as well. Love the kitchen as well, everything you could need was there. Carl was the perfect host, he messaged before, during and after we left, just to make sure we were OK and all was well, not intrusive at all. The location is in a residential area, so it's nice and quiet, but still close enough to Blackpool to enjoy all the sights and the beach. Such a great place to stay and will hopefully be back to stay again!! Thank you for such a stress free stay!!

Lovely place to stay was just unsure on the central heating but we switched it to auto and it came on at 6am didn’t really no how to use it shop nearby for all ur essential bits will definitely stay again thanks Carrie x

Excellent property for a great price. Clean and child friendly. Near to the town centre. Given local tips about supermarkets and restaurants which were very helpful. Highly recommended

We had a great time , lovely house very well equipped and just right for us a a family celebrating our grandsons second birthday . Daniel was very helpful and responsive and the description and photos are just as described . Lovely big bedrooms and bathrooms . Location is peaceful but two minutes walk from the beach and we also had a lovely walk to the piers and activities . Thankyou for making our stay special 🙏

Lovely massive house for the family can sleep 15 easy so much space in all the rooms great location 10/15 minutes walk from the start of lords street, garden is great big trampoline, hot tub, football posts, ping pong table, garden furniture and bbq some undercover. We was left some little treats as we booked for special birthday and we was let in an hour earlier and greeted by host. Some of the decorations has aged but that doesn't effect the your stay will definitely return and recommend

We booked Tina's beautiful apartments as part of our family trip to visit relatives in Clitheroe and we're very satisfied with our accomodations. Tina was always responsive and provided clear instructions to check in, as well as a handy guide with recommendations to the area. The apartments were true to pictures, beautifully maintained with plenty of well thought-out extras provided such as a sewing kit in each bathroom and a small welcome treat of local crisps / biscuits and coffee provided. Definitely an amazing host, would recommend booking with Tina if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with all the amenities and within walking distance of most things within Clitheroe!

A quiet, peaceful place to stay in Blackpool. We stayed for 4 nights. Was a good 20-30 minute walk to central pier but the weather was perfect so it was a lovely walk to do! Shop/takeaways was 5/10 mins walk away which was good. Host was very responsive and helpful to messages.👍

David’s communication was great. Easy to follow instructions. Great location, easy to find, quiet street and plenty parking. House was just as described, very comfortable and well appointed.
