In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.
