Proche de la capital (Marigot) avec des commerces et des restaurants a 10 minutes a pied, un accès piscine et plage privé, le marche de marigot est proche avec son poisson Frais tout les mercredi et samedi matin. Nous attirons l’attention des voyageurs sur le fait que les conditions météo propres aux antilles peuvent amener des coupures temporaires de la distribution de l’électricité et de l’eau. Nous précisons que ces désagréments son peu fréquents

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay! The studio was perfect for my needs and was within a short drive to everything you want to see. The sunsets from the patio were beautiful. I would recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island as taxis will add up quickly. Free parking right in front of the building. Nadia was very communicative with check in and check out. My flight was delayed and the hosts were accommodating with a slightly later check out time so I didn't have to sit at the airport for hours and hours.

Apartment in a quiet residence, very nice modern apartment, new, very well equipped including beach accessories, beach sheet, safe, Netflix box, etc. As described. Very clean with beautiful sea views, which makes it one of the main attractions. Quick access on foot to the center of Marigot and the ferry terminal. Welcoming host. public parking in front of residence and drop-off possible at the foot of the building. Pool and direct sea access possible in front of the apartment. Everything is superb. Nothing is missing. Experience to be repeated quickly and for longer for me.

"Paradise Beach" - Impressive 2 bedrooms seafront

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Stay here, you won't regret it. Thank you Coralie for allowing us to stay in your home.

Herve’s place was worth every cent. I had one of the best views that i could ever ask for while staying at this airbnb. This location is on the french side of Saint Martin meaning that it’s 20 minutes away from Juliana Airport. There are stores and supermarkets close by, you also have restaurants on the boardwalk. Renting a car is a must since there are no Ubers on the island.

Stephane was a friendly and responsive host. Check-in was smooth and easy. The pristine unit corresponded to the details listed and was exactly what I needed for a business trip to St Martin. Great view, and proximity to good restaurants, convenience store and harbour. I would stay here again!

Close to everything and very comfortable. My family and I feel at home in this duplex. There's everything from a full kitchen to a very useful washing machine for an emergency. We had the pleasure of meeting a neighbor of the apartment, Deanne, and what an amazing woman. I believe that the trip, just for having met her, was worth it. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.
