The place is very comfortable, clean and safe. The location is very strategic and safe. The facilities of the urbanization are very nice and in itself it is a very quiet place, to rest.

Excellent location and beautiful view, everything in good condition is excellent

The house is in a safe development, the communal pool area is very nice and clean. You can go to the sea from the urbanization but they are quite a few steps. Not advisable for the elderly or disabled.

The location is very good and the apartment is better than most. The furniture is higher quality than is usual and all of the extras (soap, towels, etc.) were in order. Was easy to get in and out of the building and is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. No complaints to be had.

It is a nice and comfortable apartment. You can walk to the beach in minutes and you can find nice restaurants near by. The place is beautiful and clean. Everything works perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

This place took our breath away. The four of us could not have asked for more in this little slice of paradise. Andrea was very helpful and responsive, and Don Bosco gave us some fresh coconuts which were perfect. They really have thought of every detail. It isn't a matter of if, but when, we come back.

This is a magical, tranquil amazing place! And the hosts are wonderful! It’s quiet and secluded and away from the noise, a great place to relax. All of the little cabanas are wonderful on this hill. And the beach is just a short walk away… It’s perfection!

Mauricios place was perfect for us, surrounded by trees and birds, with a beautiful view of the sea below. No one to bother you, but within 20km from Canoa or Jama where we ate really well and enjoyed the beaches. What I specially liked was the outdoor kitchen and the comfortable living room.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and what's best is the care, smiles and convos with Nora and Alonso who are Natalys parents. Amazing people. The location is quite local which is an adventure and not far from the beach areas (about 10mn on my motorcycle) and very close to many beautiful beaches to visit. Internet for work is fast at around 90mbps up/down. Blackouts havent been great as a digital nomad (very random for random amounts of time) however that can be resolved with a 70usd backup battery for the router (if you work online and plan to stay long) great option with very nice AC unit

The apartment was very good, it is new, the residential complex has a good location, sea view and pool. Darwin was very friendly and was careful to solve a water problem in the apartment. My only observation is that there were no basic cleaning elements such as towels, hand soap, dishwasher or pots for the use of the induction cooker. Anyway, it was a great place to stay as a family, thank you very much Darwin! 😉
