The house is located in an excellent gated development. It is a very large place, ideal for family trips; the view is incredible towards the sea. Excellent communication with Uliana and Natalia. An important fact was Natalia's quick response to a change in a damaged shower. Maybe I would suggest having wifi and adding bedside tables (there was nowhere to put our baby's bottle!)

Excellent attention and always available with quick and accurate answers. All the coordination for our arrival and departure from the apartment was excellent. Help with directions to local activities and even after the stay was outstanding as well. Maritza was very professional and friendly, definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a good stay in Manta.

everything is excellent even the pisicina, only the air conditioners in the rooms make a lot of noise, hence everything is great.

Thank you to María Isabel y Camila for the hospitality. The apartment is simply beautiful. It has everything you can imagine to feel at home. In addition that it is located in one of the best buildings in Manta, it has a beautiful social area, there is nothing more relaxing than being in the whirlpool looking at the sea. The pool is spectacular From the apartment you can see the pool and the sea, the view is beautiful in addition to being adorned by palm trees that gives the feeling of being in the Caribbean. The room is very comfortable, the bed is king type, with a very comfortable pillow and mattress. Count with air conditioning we do not occupy it because we like to feel the warmth of the coast that for December was spectacular, not overwhelming. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. The TV is very appreciated, with the netflix account works wonderfully, that if it is not used much because it is more beautiful to enjoy nature and the pool. thank you for everything.

Good sector and the apartment is very clean

We really liked the apartment, it had all the amenities described in the listing and the sector is accurate to go out to eat and do activities. I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again

Outstanding Hosts! met all our needs and then went above and beyond!. Personally picked us up at Manta airport and saw to everything we could have wanted. Beach was fabulous and total R&R watching the local fishermen do there thing, lunch restaurants very close and would supply takeout of our daily beer if we needed (for our 5 week stay) . only con is the distance to the supermarket but was alleviated by our hosts willingness to drive us into Puerto Viejo or use the bus that ran by every 10-15 minutes. and dirt cheap at 50 cents pp to crucita or $1:50 all the way into Puerto Viejo. The stay was perfect for what we needed, quite, (except weekends when locals flocked to the beach for the same reason we were there) .off the beaten trail and super serene, watching the droves of frigates and pelicans flying north at sunset capped our days perfectly .

Carolina has a gift of people making you feel at home, I will definitely visit them again

Our stay was great, we went to the Ironman and all we needed was by the apartment . I congratulate María del Carmen on her hospitality. Very attentive to our needs. We will be back. The best thing about the apartment is the ocean view, fabulous tardiness and sunrise in this privileged location.

Quiet location, close to beach & restaurants. It is recommended to use the hammock at the sunset.

There is no better place for large groups, very quiet and safe. Far enough away to have the beach to yourself and close enough to bars and restaurants to have a good time. 100% recommended. Many thanks Salvatore
