The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Everything is great, you just have to be aware that you need a car to do something or shop. The hosts are super friendly and even brought us some food on arrival!

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

It was definitely an amazing place to stay if you are looking for quiet and serenity. We had everything we need and more in the Villa. Completely functional and fully equipped. Spotless clean house and we really felt at home. More nicer than the photos, the pool was always heated. Views from the terrace is breath taking! The host Paola was also responsive and helpful, she even gave us their own produce from their farm. We will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!!

beautiful terrace, nice quiet private location

Marina’s tiny little hideaway is in the best location. There’s so much to see and do right around every corner, and you truly couldn’t ask for a better location. She also provides fresh fruit and some cold drinks if needed, which were very much appreciated. The place is clean and comfortable with a lot of beautiful old charm, but the amenities are modern. If you are not from the area and thinking of driving into the city, maybe think again. The driving is difficult and the city now has a ZTL zone enforcement, which means you have to go through a process of paying for entrance on each day (except Sundays). It’s not expensive but it’s a bit of a hassle, and more importantly, the driving is stressful. Note: This info is nothing to do with our lovely apartment specifically, but worth mentioning if anyone is planning on doing what we did.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We had a lovely stay at Marilena e Francesco's and recommend it with our eyes closed. They were very discreet while remaining available if we needed it and flexible on our arrival and departure time. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need. Walking distance to the beach in 10-15min. We did not know exactly where we were arriving, but we were very pleasantly surprised by Mondello who is close to Palermo and much quieter. Note that there are a few dogs in the neighborhood. We recommend it!

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

The stay with Dario, was our last apartment in Sicily. The location is perfect to visit Palermo, Monreale and Mondello beach. The apartment is new and wonderfully large. There were two of us, but there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very suitable for four people. In addition to the apartment being beautiful, the most important thing to say is: the tremendous hospitality of Dario and his wife. Upon arrival, there were brioche ready for us, halfway through we got a nice wine from the region and at our farewell delicious sandwiches for breakfast….. and it's not even about what we got, it's much more about the kindness and the willingness to help, give tips and advice. Dario was WONDERFUL and felt familiar like we were friends. I can write much more beautiful and good, e.g. about how neat and clean and new it was... but I would say: experience it for yourself. Perfect cleanliness, perfect location (close to Palermo airport, close to Palermo, shops, restaurants, train station, beach), instant communication with the owner who is always available

Loredana is a fantastic host! She responded right away when we requested a reservation. She checked in with us the day before our arrival. When she learned that we were arriving by train, she offered to pick us up at the station (not at all expected). She checked in with us once during our stay, just to make sure we were doing Ok. Upon our departure, she again offered us a ride to the train station. Her place, Casa "Al Plumbago," is absolutely beautiful! I can not over state the beauty of the view, and of the house itself. The photos don't do it justice. Be ready for lots of stairs, both in the house and getting to/from town. We had a rental car reserved for halfway through our stay. We opted to cancel it because driving and parking in Termini Imerese seem very stressful. We didn't miss having a car. The town itself has plenty of amenities, and the train station, a ten minute walk away, can take you anywhere on the north coast. We hope to come back one day and stay for a month!

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Gaetano and Maria Francesca who couldn’t be more gracious and attentive during our stay. We were greeted with a lovely basket of fruit and snacks and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and artwork by Francesca were so beautiful! Lovely apartment 2 minutes from the beach as well as good cafes and restaurants and an excellent grocery store around the corner. Very generous hospitality from the hosts with various drinks left for us including beers, wines, sodas and spritzes as well as biscuits, jams and Nutella. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The jewel is the large outdoor space with views out on to the bay, we enjoyed watching the sun rise with morning coffees and evening aperitivos on the sunny terrace. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here if you are visiting lovely Mondello.

Great host, highly recommended! We had a super early flight but Alessandro was kind enough to do an early check in. I recommend renting a car to get around this part of Carini. The villa was just like described, ideal for big family trips.

We were greeted by Tiziana who, with great kindness and affability, showed us the apartment and gave us many very useful directions. The place was really clean, tidy, and with everything. We highly recommend this accommodation, which is located in a not central area, but strategic to visit the local beauty.

Claudio and Giuliana are kind people and always available for any need. The house is well located in the historic center of Palermo from which you can reach all the historical and cultural sights of the city.

Our days at Guiseppe's were very nice! We came as a couple and found the size of the place perfect. You have a demarcated kitchen that is very well equipped and 2 separate bathrooms. The garden is nice and quiet and in the apartment you also get little - nothing of the main street. In three minutes you will find a beautiful small harbor with great excursions, an attached nature reserve for hiking and a few swimming spots. One stop further there is a large sandy beach, which we drove to again and again if we wanted variety. Overall, the place is quiet and cozy. Guiseppe was extremely accommodating, gave us great tips and always respected our privacy. Everything was clean and cozy! All in all, great! We will be back! :))
