My family and I have stayed at many hotels and accommodations, but Susanne and Dave’s Misty Ridge was truly the best of the best! We spent an unforgettable weekend there (2 nights and 3 days) and my entire family was beyond happy. The stunning house sits atop a mountain, surrounded by breathtaking views and friendly wildlife—walabies, kangaroos, cockatoos, monitor lizards, and possums. Trust me, the place looks even better than in the photos! Both the interior and exterior were spotless and beautifully decorated, creating such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The spa, located right next to the house, was an absolute highlight! I’ve already recommended this gem to many friends and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I can’t wait to bring my family back again. Hopefully very soon! I feel so lucky to have found this place and can’t thank Susanne and Dave enough for their hospitality. Thank you! ❤️

When the city is a hustle, Piambong tops provides the perfect oasis to escape and re-align. Nestled within the serene mountain ranges of Mudgee, Georgie’s cabin is cosy and provides all the creature comforts that you’ll need to live simply. Everything from the furniture to the wooden cladding is purposeful and provides a warm atmosphere to unwind and rest. The driveway leading up to the property is a bit rocky, and mid sized sedan or SUV would provide more confidence in travel - we were able to make it just fine in our little Yaris hatch. The mobile connection in this area is poor, so downloading maps is recommended.

Such a relaxing and well designed tiny home. A very thoughtfully presented get away with a beautiful aspect over the valley. All communication with the host was on time, friendly and accurate.

We loved our stay over the Australia day weekend! We were after spending some quality time with the kids and dog, my daughter was sad that we were leaving! The house and area is beautiful and perfect to spend evenings under starry skies with a fire. Jade is very kind, we were welcomed to the house with some treats from the area - highly recommend

It's an absolutely stunning and luxurious summerhouse. We had a great stay for the weekend on our way to Hunter Valley. Peaceful environment and very close to the nature with alpacas and other animals. Daniela is very thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

If you would like to relax COMPLETELY and reconnect with what matters in your life, this is the best place you can pick for yourself. During the stay, we went for a short hikes around, read some books, cooked easy meals (which tasted so much better with that view) and thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness with wild kangaroos and native birds. We had a blast soaking up the sun in outdoor bathtub with a glass of wine. Claire, Peter and Andrea were so responsive and very clear with their instructions. Thank you for sharing such an amazing place with us. We are having a great start of the year.
