A very good place, everything very clean, organized, you don't have to worry about house utensils because the instructor exceeds our expectations,before we go,we did the shopping of everything we would need because things are distant,we were the vc waterfall 750 meters away, very delicious. the internet oscillates, but I didn't see as a negative point,because we turned off vdd of life outside,loved it!! has everything prepared and support to make a great barbecue,a well-equipped gourmet area, but take everything you need,so you don't need to buy anything there,because we took everything we needed, we took everything we needed and so it was all perfect, privileged vision, will not repent!

Me and my girlfriend booked the last minute for my birthday, and from beginning to end, Ana Paula and Rodrigo were impeccable. We took a while to find the place, as we forgot to ask the host a few things, but it's very intuitive to find it there. The place is extremely quiet, with a very beautiful view and is still close to the park, and the Picu stone, further up in the neighborhood has a drinkable water spout. The hosts seemed friends of our years old friends, recommended places to eat, gave plants to make tea and are still flexible at checkout, I will always recommend this special place to friends.

House exactly as in the pictures, accommodated 5 people comfortably. The house is excellent, it had everything we needed and everything clean and organized, wonderful pool. There were large markets nearby, this made our life much easier when shopping for the barbecue. André always very helpful, he passed all the guidelines we needed and was available for doubts. We had a very enjoyable hosting!

The location is otima, very close to visconde de Mauá but it has some climbs that require a little of the car until it reaches the house. but I guarantee it is worthaaaa. A refuge inside the Alcantilado! The cosy house with a large green area and a lovely balcony covered by Angel Shoes. Gramado with a place to network close to the river and also on the balcony. Beautiful place and wonderful house! Amazing trip with family and my dogs. Nature is beautiful, very peaceful, the house is very comfortable and nice to cook and enjoy with the family. Totally pet friendly, great for letting the dog enjoy herself (not recommended for dogs that need physical boundaries such as fences. There are walls to separate from the street and cars). And the condominium's waterfall is the jewel in the crown! We renewed our souls and will be back for sure. Juliana is very friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Adilson's place is a wildcard for my needs. Moro in São Lourenço and I always receive visits that like to be well located for a long walk, without needing a car. The location is excellent as it is not in the noisy area where the stage for shows are set up and where there is great movement of cars and pedestrians. On the contrary, it is in a quiet area of the center, still close to the main points of interest of the city such as Parque das Águas, Vila Verde Village, handicraft shops, boardwalks, restaurants and others. In addition, a supermarket and the best bakery in the city are just 2 blocks away from the flat. The building is new, spacious and easy to access garage. The flat sleeps 4 people in comfort and privacy. Enxoval, utensils, cleaning, guidelines for use of household appliances and readiness in responses. Tudo noam mil! District also has breakfast option in the building if you wish. Anyway, best choice for my visits!

Apartment in a great location, near the water park, restaurants and commerce in general. It provides good bed and bath linens. Communication with Ciro was quick and efficient, as was Jeremias. The photos correspond to the property's reality, which has a slight slope (as mentioned in the listing), but after an initial adaptation it did not interfere with our stay.

The accommodations are very comfortable and ample. Small but well-equipped kitchen. The view of the room is beautiful and the balcony with swimming pool is very nice. Communication with hosts was easy and quick. We very much like it and recommend it.

What an amazing place, what organization, when you come in a wonderful cleaning smell, all sanitized, organized and clean. The place is fantastic, millions of times better than in the pictures. I need to emphasize Mr. Pedro who received us, that polite, helpful person, always helping us with what we needed, he was a huge differential, a very educated person, we will definitely return several times during the year and we will indicate to all people, it was an incredible experience.

Ronaldo's apartment is in a very beautiful place, surrounded by green, close to the river. There is also a relaxing deck and a pool that my 10 year old daughter enjoyed a lot when we were not in some waterfall in the region. There are excellent options of restaurants a few meters away from the apartment that is right in the center of the village, at Alameda Gastronomica, but it is still super quiet at night, which allows a good sleep. The apartment has enough utensils for cooking and is also super well airy. We recommend!
