Wonderful accommodation close to the sea!

Unique, spacious stay with lovely garden bordering the Waterleidingduinen. Within walking distance of the natural beach and the Kwade Hoek nature reserve. In this beautiful stay you will immediately relax. The living room with open kitchen is adjacent to the garden and is equipped with all comforts. In the front room you can sleep wonderfully and is a nice workspace, reading nook and piano. In the loft, you will find a cozy 2nd bedroom. When you open the skylight, you'll hear the sound of the trees and sometimes in the distance from the sea.

The garden is freely accessible through a closed gate and offers sweeping views of forest and farmland. Directly located on hiking/biking junctions. The village, amenities and beach are 3.5 km away and Rotterdam is 35 km away. The beds are made, bath and kitchen linen are provided. A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Apart from some chatty seagulls, the location of the house is quiet. Apartment is less than 10 minutes' walk from metro station "Hoek van Holland Haven" and the "Stena Line" boat to England. From "Hoek van Holland Haven" you can take the metro to the beach (1 stop, 2 min). The beach is about 2.5 km from the apartment.
