Monthly Rentals in Badia Agnano

Absolute gem 10 minutes ride from Arezzo! We spent here whole month, working remotely and taking few days off. Anna gave us precise instructions how to find the apartment, it was self-checkin, so everything was very smooth. This apartment was crystal clean when we came, it has everything you need for long-term stay: fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, full size table. There is a small living room combined with kitchen, but it was totally sufficient for having some rest after a long day. Bathroom is very spacious and super clean - there is also a washing machine with detergents, also external clothes dryer. Bedroom has big comfy bed with comfortable sheets - we really felt like home here. Regarding work, the internet was sometimes slower, but we were both able to work concurrently during the day. Overall, it was amazing experience, this apartment is at great spot, 2-mins from highway, 10 mins from Arezzo, 1min walk there is bar/coffee/shop. Thank you very much!

5 stars - absolute stunningly beautiful property in the hills of Chianti. The castle view is a highlight. Gianni was a great and responsive host. One thing to look out for - our entire stay, Google maps tried to take us down a completely overgrown rocky and hilly trail to approach and leave the property - the correct route is from the south, on a lovely white gravel path, with signs for Lupinari and flanked by rows of beautiful cypress trees. Trust your eyes, not your GPS!

To stay with Mario you have to love driving. If so, then it's a perfect location. You are within an hour of Florence, Sienna, Montepulciano, Pisa etc. Surrounded by vineyards, mountains and natural beauty. You have your own private space in the back garden and can enjoy a nice glass of wine as the evening closes in.

We were super happy with our stay. The view from the garden+the bedroom are amazing and the host is nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!
