I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house! The location is perfect — it’s very easy to reach all main attractions by bus, with stops close by. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and a lovely atmosphere!

We stayed a few nights with our 2 small kids, mainly to visit Amsterdam, and had a wonderful time. The house was great for us, very clean, enough space for everyone, very nice neighbourhood and restaurants and shops were close by bike or walking. We took the car to the nearest train station (Bussum Zuid) with free parking but without kids and less rain, walking would also have been easily possible. Jaap was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We would happily come again!

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! Such a lovely stay! This place was exactly what we needed — peaceful, cozy, and away from all the city noise. The cottage is super cute, clean, and has everything you need. Loved waking up to the sounds of farm animals, and it’s close to some handy local grocers too. The host, Marit was amazing — super responsive and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and enjoy a bit of countryside bliss. We’d definitely come back!

It’s very good and charming place to stay

Nanda’s place is very spacious and comfortable, with lovely large windows and all the facilities you would need. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift!) with the hosts’ living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Easy 5 minute walk to buses, just 3 stops to Central Utrecht. Nanda was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

Margor and Steven are nice and attentive, they give us a lot of helpful information about the area. The location is near the Zaandam train station and convenient when travelling to Amsterdam city centre. A very nice and cosy place to stay in NL.

Amazing location. Close walk to everything. Very narrow steep stairs but that was expected. Great for a couple or single wanting a central location in Amsterdam. Good communication and they accommodated our early arrival. Washer was a nice feature for this traveling for a few weeks in Europe.

The property is located 20 mins from Schiphol Airport, in a quiet gated community. The house was neat and clean and located beside a water canal. The kitchen and cutlery were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Easy to get to the city and to the other attractions. As stated in the description there is no washer / dryer. Bedrooms are located on the floor above the ground floor, the stairs are a bit steep. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Upon request we were given a late checkout which was very helpful and very kind of the host. Indeed a superhost! Would love to come back someday!

We had a lovely stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and Jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

We had a wonderful weekend with the family! Really enjoyed the fantastic garden and sauna. The house also has all the comforts. We were warmly received and there was pleasant communication with Kirsten. Absolutely recommended!

Splendid place for a weekend with friends. Big enough for 12 people, with a gorgeous garden and a nordic bath. We really enjoyed our stay! Only point which could be improved: the kitchen is a bit small if you want to cook.

Insanely great house with super nice hosts. Joke and Peter always help with quick answers and give good tips. There are tips for activities, also to be found directly in the house. The house is a real dream and you feel right at home. We love staying here and have come here once a year so far.

7 of us stayed here and I asked them if they would stay again... we/they all said yes. The only complaint is the road noise. The cars go around the roundabout and rev up their cars and the larger trucks must have a hard time getting around it as they too rev up their motors. The house and location were perfect.
