Perfekte Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen! Damiano ist ein absoluter Top-Gastgeber und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Sowohl die Sauberkeit, als auch die qualitative und hochwertige Ausstattung der Innenausstattung sind 5 Sterne plus! Die technische Ausstattung des Appartements lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Lage, Lage, Lage ….. Traumhafte Blickbeziehungen auf das Meer von jedem Zimmer und eine optimale Laufentfernung zur Altstadt. Die Nachtruhe wird vom Meeresrauschen sanft unterlegt. L’abitazione è in una ottima posizione vicina a mare raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Molti negozi e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Antonella è una persona disponibile e gentile. Siamo stati contenti del soggiorno quindi penso ci ritorneremo.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alessandro qui est très accueillant, sympathique.. Le logement très propre,moderne bien équipé avec terrasse vue mer. Alessandro sa femme et sa fille Irène sont très réactifs, ils nous ont bien conseillé pour les restaurants, visites à faire à proximité Je recommande vraiment se logement. À bientôt

Für einen ruhigen Urlaub ist die Lage der Wohnung gut. Mit dem PKW ist man schnell an den Stränden oder zum Einkaufen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

The flat is perfect for short or long stay in Golfo Aranci. There is everything you need in thé kitchen, the bathroom is clean. It is possible to go to 3 différent beaches by foot and do shopping. Restaurants in thé area.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, casa comoda, spaziosa, fornita veramente di tutto quello che può servire. La posizione è ottima al centro della costa smeralda, con bellissime spiagge facilmente accessibili. Andrea è simpatico e molto disponibile, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi ragionevole richiesta, anche ad offrire consigli su dove andare e come organizzare la vacanza, il che non è scontato. Ci si parla bene, molto socievole e di pronta battuta. Consigliatissimo devo dire, anche per tipetti esigenti come me

Die Unterkunft und Annagiulia als Gastgeberin sind einfach perfekt. Wir denken, es ist mit Abstand die schönste AirBnB in der Umgebung. Danke an Annagiulia!

Oh, vorige Bewertung war für ein anderes Haus ... Jetzt die richtige: Die Wohnung ist völlig ok mit privatem Parkplatz 5m vom Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt (150 m zum Zentrum) und zu unserer Urlaubszeit sehr ruhig. Das große "Ahhhhh" kommt auf der privaten Dachterrasse. Der Blick ist großartig und so manche Flasche sardischen Rotwein haben wir dort genossen. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung ! Karin&Robert

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo questo alloggio a causa di un cambio programma. Antonio è stato da subito disponibile rispondendo velocemente alle nostre domande. Prima dell’arrivo ci ha inviato informazioni dettagliate per l’ingresso anticipando il check in e posticipando il check out senza nessun problema! La casa era pulita ed esattamente come descritta, perfetta per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Zona giorno un po’ buia ma è possibile utilizzare il portico esterno per mangiare restando comunque riparati e nella privacy. La piscina ad utilizzo comune è molto bella, pulita. La zona è tranquilla, ha vicino un piccolo market (10 min circa a piedi), gelateria e pizzeria/rosticceria. In macchina a pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge bellissime!!

¡Un alojamiento perfecto en San Pantaleo! Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este departamento. Desde el momento en que llegamos, quedamos impresionados por su comodidad y las increíbles vistas que ofrece. Cada mañana, despertar y disfrutar del paisaje era un verdadero placer. El departamento estaba impecablemente limpio y bien equipado con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia agradable. La decoración era acogedora y nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer día. La ubicación es simplemente excelente. Estábamos a solo unos pasos de los principales puntos de interés, restaurantes y tiendas de San Pantaleo. Además, la tranquilidad de la zona nos permitió descansar y relajarnos plenamente. En resumen, este alojamiento superó todas nuestras expectativas y sin duda lo recomendamos a cualquiera que visite San Pantaleo. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

We stayed for 3 nights at Veronica‘s and it was perfect. Veronica always responded very quickly. Check-in was clear and we could even stay a bit longer for check-out because we needed to pass some time as we had a doctors appointment. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer time. Parking was at the street, but there is always a free spot. It was very clean and the garden is beautiful to spend some time. We can highly recommend this place.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Kesinlikle harika. Dominique çok sıcak ve nazik bir ev sahibi. İlk andan son ana kadar iletişimi çok üst düzeyde. Bize anında yanıtlar verdi. Bize sunduğu esneklik için ayrıca minnettarım. Çok iyi önerilerde bulundu. Onun sayesinde bir çok farklı yer gördük. Kesinlikle doğru adres.

Un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement propre, fonctionnel et idéalement placé, à 5 mn de la sublime plage de Santa Giulia. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement correspondant en tous points à la description.

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Giuseppe. Sa femme était très disponible et gentille. Un quartier très calme pas loin de la plage, petit supermarché, restaurant sympas et de la grande route pour découvrir autour. Olbia à moins de 30 mins. Budoni à 5 mins. Une piscine au top, propre, belle, équipée chaise etc….. Merci beaucoup

Tolle Wohnung in einem ruhigen Ortsteil neben Badesi. Auto ist wichtig. Der Blick vom Balkon mit Sonnenuntergang ist ein Traum. Es führen einige Stufen hinauf zur Wohnung. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Töpfe und Pfannen waren leider nicht sauber, aber ansonsten ist das Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool ist klein aber fein.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
