Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bad Schandau

Chorah’s place is perfect for families who want to have time out in a peaceful neighbourhood and leafy surroundings. It’s got all you need - a large kitchen and dining hall, green areas for playing, sauna and swimming pool. The house is well-equipped and well-maintained by Jan. Also, it was lovely to hear that the maintenance and cleaning are being done by the local people. Tisa rocks, which is only 10mins walk from the house, was beautiful and it was an easy hike.

We spent three days in Tisa. The accommodation is in a great location, we explored Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland from there, as well as the Tisa walls. These are within walking distance, as well as a great little restaurant. Dominik was very nice and helpful. We were allowed to enter the accommodation a little earlier because we were too early. The accommodation has everything you need, was absolutely clean and very lovingly and nicely furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat if we needed a place to stay there.

We were traveling as a hiking group in the area and felt very comfortable with Dirk. The house and its amenities more than met expectations. Communication went smoothly. Glad to come back!

I visited Dresden for a couple of days and stayed at Rolf’s place. Rolf is an amazing host, he always replies immediately and ready to help. The apartment is clean, cosy and matches to all the details in the description. The place is quiet. The district is nice, there is a supermarket Netto nearby, and a tram station is not far from the house, so you can easily get to the downtown. I travelled by car, so I had a free place to park in front of the apartment. I loved this place and I do recommend staying at Rolf’s if you plan on visiting Dresden.

What can I say? It was the most comfortable and pleasant time I’ve ever had. I was on a 12-day journey through Germany and the Czech Republic, and I must say, it was absolutely lovely to come home, I mean this home. It just truly felt like home! We lit a fire in the fireplace while enjoying the wine that Michael had left behind for us. It was a truly memorable experience, and I highly recommend this place.

We were so lucky with the place. Due to the bad weather, we refrained from camping at short notice. Carlo & Lidia were super friendly, waited for us in the evening and warmly welcomed us. We were only there one night, but would also like to come back longer at any time. Just be careful: the beams in the attic apartment offer a little risk of impact 😅

We had a wonderful week of vacation here, the house is in a beautiful location and is exactly as the pictures show. Dresden is easy to reach and nature is also very varied and beautiful. The old town of Pirna is just across the water and is easily accessible on foot with the pound. Definitely recommended, even in the winter months!

We were very happy with the place. It corresponded exactly to our ideas for an extended relaxed weekend and served as the perfect starting point for hikes.

Dear Debora and Stephan, a wonderful apartment. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we felt like we were sitting outdoors. That was really good... because outside it was very cold and windy at the end of May.... we explored the area with the e-bikes and felt really comfortable in Pirna. The bike paths to the right and left of the Elbe are very beautiful and there is an incredible amount to discover. The tips for eating out were very good! Your apartment is highly recommended. I was allowed to spend five wonderful days with Ines and Lutz together with my dog Ozzy. The apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing short break. The highlight is definitely the fantastic property in an absolutely idyllic location – with many lovingly designed seating options that invite you to linger and enjoy. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. Hikes can be started directly from the accommodation or after a short drive discover beautiful routes in Saxon Switzerland. Ines and Lutz were super warm hosts and gave me great tips for suitable hikes with four-legged friends I felt completely comfortable and look forward to my next hiking vacation with Ines and Lutz. Very clear recommendation!

A very pleasant place to stay, sophisticated, large, clean, located on the Elbe, quickly in the old town. Completely satisfied, communication was very easy. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was just as described. Directly close to the highway and yet totally quiet and the view over the whole city is unique. The beds were very comfortable, which I always find very important. There were all shopping opportunities nearby. Christian is a very good host and was always available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Marion is lovely and responsive, and the apartment is a peaceful and comfortable base with everything we needed for our stay. (A washing machine and a dishwasher would be great additions to the apartment, though!)

We used Tobi and Nico's apartment as a base camp for a bachelor party. Everyone was thrilled with the apartment and the location and we felt very comfortable. The connection to the public transport is also very good. And if you want to go for a jog in the morning, you can quickly reach the countryside. Communication with the two was impeccable. Highly recommend.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this apartment, it never disappoints!

Beautiful apartment, spacious, bright and lots of room. Kitchen was well stocked, high end and very modern. No problems checking in and the host was very responsive. Location was quiet and an easy walk to downtown. Lot of restaurants nearby.

The place is in a great location. You can also easily reach the large garden with a nice walk. The hosts are very friendly and you feel well taken care of. The apartment is clean and absolutely sufficient for 2 people. Glad to come back!
