Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bad Schandau

We had a wonderful Easter weekend in this extremely family-friendly house! We were 11 adults and 3 children/toddlers and there was plenty of room for everyone. The garden is huge and there are plenty of play opportunities for the kids. The playroom in the house was also a highlight with very nice, high-quality toys. The kids loved it. For families with toddlers, everything is really thought of. Communication with Nicole was straightforward and always very friendly. We felt very well looked after here and would come back any time. We thank you for the perfect stay!

We were traveling as a hiking group in the area and felt very comfortable with Dirk. The house and its amenities more than met expectations. Communication went smoothly. Glad to come back!

We had a great time! The sauna and whirlpool were amazing! Pavol was really kind and explained everything in detail. Everything was decorated with detail and really clean. The only sad thing was that the pool was not ready yet! Hopefully we will be back :)

We had a very nice extended weekend with Sylvia and her family. In the detached house in a very quiet location, we felt directly welcome and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very flexible and communication was very friendly and proactive. The house is really beautiful as well as the winter garden, terrace and pool area in the garden. The pool is not heated but clean and perfect for a refreshment on warm summer days. Our boys (2/4) and we were in it a lot and liked it. We especially enjoyed the small family-friendly touches, such as Baby biscuits in the fruit basket, high chair and place setting, bathroom stool and toilet seat, a giant teddy bear. There are many great things to discover in the area (by car), but of course also in Moritzburg itself, on the Elbe and in Dresden. Tldr, we had a great time, the kids didn't want to go home. Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you for this short but very pleasant stay! We felt comfortable and everything we needed was to be found in the accommodation! Unfortunately, only the oven has not gotten really warm, so we resorted to the toaster for the rolls for breakfast. Best regards from Vogtland.

Accomodation was spotless, well furnished with all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed having the possibility to use the bbq. Really recommended for a getaway weekend.

We had 2 wonderful weeks! From the house you could reach many great hiking destinations within a short time, the absolutely worthwhile hikes to the Lilienstein and the Brand even on foot (including a large "off-road" dog!). We felt very comfortable in the house after long, fulfilling hikes, although our dog (who is absolutely "stair-hiking-friendly") avoided the stairs down to the kitchen. You should know that the bathroom and kitchen are on the lower floor and the living room/bedroom are on the upper floor. We didn't miss anything, so we can only recommend the accommodation and this fairytale spot on earth!

There were eight of us with four small children. The large outdoor area was a dream for the children, and the large house too - there was nothing missing, everything looks like new. The official hosts Jan and Magdalena were always easily accessible and the unofficial hostess, the cat, was also always very interested in us ;) Thank you for this beautiful Easter vacation.

Best place to stay in Decin town for a bigger family or if you are travelling with friends. Keep up the good service...!!

We had a wonderful long weekend at David's and Jarka's place. The apartment provided everything we needed and, in person, it felt even bigger and more beautiful than in the pictures. We appreciated being able to park right at the building, easily find nearby restaurants (including vegetarian options), and have space to cook and work in the flat. We’ll definitely come back in the future!

Really a great location to discover Dresden. We found the railway line behind the house to be noticeable but not extremely disturbing. Apartment was spacious and included everything you need. We would come back anytime.

We had a great week in Dresden and the "weather god" was on our side with very good weather. We can only recommend the accommodation. We quickly reached our destinations by tram and Anne was a great host, who was always there when we needed her. Great!!

Very clean and very well-equipped apartment!!!! Holger was always available. Regarding train noise and party noise from the young people in the neighborhood (happened once), we knew in advance and with earplugs, with the windows closed, it went quite well. The apartment furnishings are great, you can quickly reach the main train station and Holger is always available. Highly recommended.

We felt really comfortable. Highly recommended for holidays with small children. The children's room is the highlight for the children, but the adults are also thought of. Comfortable beds, enough towels, great amenities in the kitchen, great location due to the proximity to the Elbe and the trams. Bianca was always quick to reach and very friendly. We'll be back.

We enjoyed the stay very much, because Lyn and Marcel were very hospitable and the apartment was very centrally located, so we could walk to the city center.

We were very happy with the apartment for our annual Advents girls WE . Everyone slept wonderfully.

A very pleasant place to stay, sophisticated, large, clean, located on the Elbe, quickly in the old town. Completely satisfied, communication was very easy. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was just as described. Directly close to the highway and yet totally quiet and the view over the whole city is unique. The beds were very comfortable, which I always find very important. There were all shopping opportunities nearby. Christian is a very good host and was always available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Marion is lovely and responsive, and the apartment is a peaceful and comfortable base with everything we needed for our stay. (A washing machine and a dishwasher would be great additions to the apartment, though!)

A great quiet place )Who is looking for a break from the big cities is just that. The city of Doxy is a beautiful lake,a beautiful forest ,there are many castles nearby that are worth visiting. The hostess of the apartment is very nice 🥰 The apartment itself is small but very clean and comfortable . I think this place will be very nice in summer.

Rene's apartment in Pirna is simply top notch. We spent four days here with a friendly couple in early May and enjoyed the numerous opportunities for hiking along different stages of the painter's trail. Rene has already sent us detailed information about the apartment but also to the area, so that we were well prepared, who were then able to enjoy it again for a short time.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, bright and lots of room. Kitchen was well stocked, high end and very modern. No problems checking in and the host was very responsive. Location was quiet and an easy walk to downtown. Lot of restaurants nearby.

The place was clean and you felt comfortable. The contact with Hanna was also very pleasant and fast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vasily is an excellent, very friendly host and the apartment is just perfect. It was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. We will be happy to come back. ❤️
