We had a great week in the Harz Mountains. You feel very comfortable in the accommodation and have everything you need. Nice neighborhood, in the village there is everything you need within walking distance and to experience something or to hike it does not take long by car. The place is nicely decorated and well equipped, as well as clean. Also great for our four-legged friends. Communication was always friendly and also timely. We understand that you have a second home there and that the place is a labor of love.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is situated in a quiet, small town, surrounded by many beautiful hiking trails that are easily accessible on foot. Very friendly and nicely designed. Yes, the entrance, the stairs and the first impression seem a bit spoiled/not completely renovated. But everything is super clean, the house is beautifully located with a very great terrace in the garden and the garden is also available. She has everything ready from firewood to the grill. We were only there one night, but would definitely have felt comfortable with a longer stay! Recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend at Villa Fips. 🌞 The house really has a very special aura and you feel at home from the first minute. Everything is totally cozy, the beds are super comfortable and the terrace and garden are a real highlight in summer. We would definitely come back:) Thank you so much again for having us!

Everything great! There were even spices, oil for cooking and tabs for the dishwasher on site.

I spent five weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is well equipped, in the kitchen you will find everything you need and more. Great amenities, pleasant size and it actually looks exactly like the pictures. On the street you can always and easily find a parking space, and the public transport connection is great because you can get to the city of Lebenstedt in less than 10 minutes from the bus stop next door. In the apartment itself, it is very quiet.

Highly recommend! We had a perfect stay at this beautiful apartment. The place was spotlessly clean as well as modern and tastefully furnished – just as shown in the pictures. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of love for detail. Overall, it looks like the apartment has only recently been renovated to a high standard. In addition, you have a magnificent view over Bad Lauterberg from the apartment/sun terrace, which also offers great sunsets in the evening. We would particularly like to highlight the very friendly landlady Liane, who made a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back!

We took a short vacation in the Harz with our 4-year-old boy. He was thrilled with his room and the toy. And of course the gummy bears on his bed and the candies in the hallway. ;-) The communication with Jana was always very friendly and straightforward, we were even able to get into the apartment a little earlier than expected on the day of arrival. It was never far to all excursion destinations, the parking facilities are very good. We had a very nice time there :-)

The river right next to the Airbnb in combination with the balcony was just awesome. We really enjoyed our stay here. Ideal for those traveling to the Harz Mountains by car.

Martina contacted me immediately after my booking and was always quickly available. She welcomed us personally and was super nice. Besides, everything was totally uncomplicated. The apartment itself is very spacious, ultra cozy and furnished with a lot of love and we felt at home. Thanks for the great stay and since we are in the area more often, we will definitely come back.

We stayed in HOME Suite 5 and felt very comfortable. Both the communication with the landlord and the holiday apartment support on site were friendly, fast and professional. We had a small technical issue and could have had an electrician in the apartment the next day to fix that. We didn't want to spend our vacation days with craftsmen appointments and therefore gratefully declined, but were really enthusiastic about the commitment! The apartment is very chic and well maintained. The bathroom is a bit smaller than we had expected, but we were enthusiastic about the large balcony: here you can park several bicycles if you are in the Harz for biking! We will be happy to come back :)

We felt very comfortable and well cared for. Ulrike got back to us quickly with questions and the apartment was clean. Restaurants and, for example, the Samson pit were within walking distance and there was a folder with tips and suggestions for activities. The guest cards were also taken care of. Clear recommendation!

We had a great stay in a very nice space! There were many leaflets with activities that we could use and thorsten was flexible in checking out.

All in all a nice apartment with great amenities. We found staying to be pleasant. Kassel city center is 15 minutes by car. Hercules and the castle are about 30 minutes away. Fuldatal, a highly recommended health food store and butcher.

We had a lovely family weekend in this apartment where nothing was missing. Great amenities, spacious with 6 people and cozy. Everything within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again the next time we visit Goslar.

Great apartment, everything great, even with or for two small children. Plenty of space and an excellent starting point for hiking and other activities. The small forecourt above the parking lot is particularly great, as our little ones could play wonderfully ;-) Simple, friendly and problem-free communication and processing, we will be happy to come back!
