The modern half-timbered house near the beach is the ideal vacation home for all 4 seasons. It was built in 2017, furnished to a high standard and equipped with great attention to detail. The beautiful garden with 3 terraces, playground, barbecue area, lounge, beach chair, sun loungers and outdoor hot tub (37.5°C) with wooden deck offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. Enjoy a break with friends or family in this noble place. Manor house with plenty of space in stately rooms. On the first floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with a country kitchen. Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with open access to the bright and spacious living room. Both the kitchen and the living room have several doors to the garden. Upstairs are 3 spacious and lovingly furnished bedrooms.

The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to it is our horse meadow.

The house is very spacious and an excellent accommodation for multiple couples. We were 8 grown up and one baby and each couple got a very nice room with a large bed and plenty of space. Having two bathrooms is great and the dining and kitchen area is perfect. I can definitely recommend this house for the big-family gathering like in our case. Great outdoor area. Everything new and no problems what so ever. Thanks a lot Lotte for allowing us to use your house.
