Vacation rentals in Bad Birnbach

We visited Alexandra's villa in February. We fell in love right away. The view is an absolute dream, just like in the pictures. Basically, it is simply a dream house with an extensively equipped kitchen and attention to detail. Communication with Alexandra is very accommodating, friendly and quick. There are some rules to follow in the house , which are sent by Alexandra in advance. You really should not forget that this is a very high quality property, which is why we have respected each of the rules. Our highlight was definitely the view, the thoughtful and high quality house itself and the sauna. We were more than satisfied with it and felt right at home. We thank Alexandra for her incredible hospitality and look forward to next time. Because the fact is, we'll be back ❤️

It was such a beautiful and peaceful place. I was only going to stay one night, but after checking in, I saw the place and liked it so much that I added one more night. Above all, the heating was good, and when I made an inquiry, I was touched by the way they came and solved it myself.Thanks to you, I was able to have such a happy time. Thank you

The apartment is very modern and furnished as new and was very clean. We were thrilled with the amenities. There are even robes and children's toys ready. Maryna was also available at short notice for questions and very friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in the building very much. It is very convenient that you can reach it directly in the bathrobe via the hallway and stairwell or elevator and do not have to leave the building. Can fully recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

It was a very nice holiday, the apartment fully met our expectations. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Werner is a host, highly recommended. Especially his suggestions for excursions were very helpful. It was a very nice holiday for us. Thumbs up for this host and this apartment.

Michaela was really kind and helpful and went out of her way to help us find a charger for our electric car. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the beautiful apartment again when we are nearby. Hopefully until next time!

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in the PREMIUM APARTMENTS Seekirchen. The accommodation was modern, clean and well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area. The quiet location was particularly pleasant, but at the same time the proximity to Salzburg. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was available and helpful at all times. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the apartments
