Beautiful bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walking paths directly from the front door and the dogs are also allowed to run free.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The holiday apartment "Haus Excelsior Top 3" is located in Seefeld in Tirol and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 31 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
