Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

The place is dazzling and paradisiacal Everything was impeccably clean, with rooms, comfortable and welcoming. The bathrooms exuded a delicious perfume, and the fully equipped kitchen perfectly met all our needs. The location is privileged, with a stunning beach just ahead. The sea breeze constantly blows, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The balcony is an invitation to rest, the pool deck is a charm apart, and the gourmet area is perfect for moments of leisure and fraternization. The beach has excellent kiosks on the left side, ideal for those looking for waterfront comfort. The right side offers a smoother experience, with no kiosks, for those who prefer total quiet. We were especially touched with the affectionate details in the housekeeping. The rooms were air-conditioned and ready to welcome us in comfort, and the pool, extremely clean, was already waiting for us for the first dive.

The facilities are exactly as shown in the listing and photos. Everything is very clean and cozy! The house is in a very quiet location and is very close to the beach. It has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, large bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils! The barbecue area is wonderful! My family and I had an amazing weekend there!

The house is very spacious, clean and cozy, with the complete kitchen utensils for those who want to prepare their meals. The neighborhood has easy access to Paris Avenue one of the city's main thoroughfares! The high point of the neighborhood was a bakery that sells a wonderful cheese bread I recommend. Rose and Luana were incredible hosts treated us with great affection and dedication girls thank you for everything! As soon as I can I will return.❤️

Super helpful host, safe, pleasant place, is between the acquamania and the beach of Setiba, if your goal is to go to the acquamania or another place to these sides the location is perfect, in the neighborhood we do not have markets or commerce because it is a condominium, but on the move to things it is possible to buy, there is a BBQ aerial, network, the place is very safe

Our stay was great! The house is very comfortable, and has all the amenities described, it has 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer, the pool was clean and the house too, it is well located, close to several shops. And in the kitchen, you'll find everything you need. And I emphasize the hospitality of the caretaker, Pelé, a unique human being, he made our stay 200% better, super helpful, fun and caring. We loved his presence and the person he is, simply an amazing man! I just point out that the house key is with a real estate agent, and I thought the broker communicates in a very passive-aggressive way at checkout when doing the inspection, she asked where the key was in an accusing tone, and the key was just on the corner table. And besides, we had made an advance reservation and arrived a day early, but it was not communicated to her, so the pool was only available for use the next day, but nothing that hindered our stay. But overall, it was a 10!
