The apartment is large and comfortable. The location is great , with market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants close by. The elevator and garage that was very useful to us. Mr. João very attentive, always answered my doubts. We'll be back for sure at the next time.

A simple apartment, but with everything that was needed for a quiet stay. Clean, organized, fragrant linens, kitchen utensils for any endeavor (extremely clean), ventilated, good location, helpful doormen, cart to facilitate the movement of bags and finally an exquisite service and a really beautiful view. (Note: one thing that bothers me in Guarapari are the crowded buildings, this building, although apparently tin, is separated (by the angels lol) and at the same time close to everything - the building on the outside is unattractive, but the apartment is a little pretty - it won my heart). Congratulations.

I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a luxury and tranquil retreat by the sea. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and airy, one of the rooms with an ocean view, air-conditioning in all of them, very comfortable mattresses, Smart TV in the living room, and a kitchen with all the necessary items. You don't even need to cross the street to get to the beach, in fact, right on the sand, very safe for children. The pool was always warm, perhaps because of the local temperature. The neighborhood is a noble area of the city, very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, great for an afternoon walk. Fabrício responds quickly to questions. We'll be back for sure!

We went in a group and the space accommodated everyone perfectly. We had a chek-in facility, staff of the condominium very polite, clean and organized, comfortable beds and all air conditioners working perfectly. Privileged views and direct access to the beach.
