Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

Our beautiful 1930s house was totally renovated & extended in 2019 with a stunning kitchen/dining room and new bathrooms. Please note that before every visit all hard surfaces, door handles, light switches & stair handrail are all cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning company. It is a fabulous family home sleeping 9 and perfect for two families or a holiday with your extended family members. There’s a large dog friendly secure garden and we’re only 15 minutes walk from the beach.

Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around.

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. Beautifully light and spacious Victorian terraced house with parking, in the centre of Cromer and only 2-3 minutes walk from the sea. The house sleeps 6-8 people. Ideal for 2 families or 2 couples. Not suitable for groups. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4). Large living room and extended kitchen/ dining room with sky lantern. Family bathroom downstairs, en-suite shower room on middle floor and additional toilet on top floor. Enclosed courtyard to rear with parking for 1 car.

**Discounts available for single or couple bookings** East Cliff House is a beautiful Victorian cottage with glorious sea views within easy reach of both the beach and high street. Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Large 4 bedroom home situated in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of Southwold. Perfect for families or large groups, comfortably accommodates 7 people. Guests will have the use of the whole house, garden, patio and conservatory. Less than 10 minute walk to the pier, beach and into town to access all of Southwold's great pubs and independent shopping. Dogs very welcome and the house has a large garden but please note the back of the garden is not completely fenced off.
