We absolutely loved our experience at Frank’s Winthrop basement apartment! Exceptionally good value for the beautiful area, comfy beds & a very easy to use TV for the rainy nights :) The one thing that would have really improved this place for me personally is enhanced privacy. I would have loved to have our basement apartment door lock from the outside. I didn’t feel unsafe by any means because our entrance was locked and had a keypad we shared with the hosts but would have loved to be able to lock the apartment up while we were exploring MA. A separate entrance for guests would have been awesome too but I recognize that is a tough ask renovation wise. My husband was not bothered by it at all but once I mentioned it, he agreed.

A nice little apartment close to the beach! I liked the fire pit and the grill especially. The beds were very soft and had a lot of warm blankets. The TV has a lot of wifi capability. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The neighborhood is calm and the sea breeze is nice, even if it's chilly out. Fencing around the property gives a lot of privacy in the back yard, and there are chairs out there if the weather permits chilling outside.

AMAZING only starts to describe this place. We stayed for 5 night and really didn't want to leave. The large windows off the bedroom open up to the ocean and the sunrise. The kitchen is a full kitchen and well stocked with all the things you need to make meals. The feel of the place is cozy, open and clean. David came down to meet us and share some local spots when we 1st got there. He was quick to reply when I did message him a could of questions. Great host, Amazing place.... 100% hope I get to stay here again!

A perfect place to stay as our home base for visits to both Salem and Boston. It was easy to find, had driveway parking, and the door keypad was easy to use. The space was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The host checked in to make sure all was well and we had zero issues. I'm so glad we decided to stay in Winthrop as it was beautiful and peaceful, yet convenient to the other cities. While many planes flew over, they did not disturb our sleep at all with the noise machine on.

We had a wonderful stay at Regina’s place. It was very comfortable, well appointed, and the views of the water are gorgeous. We hope to stay again the next time we are in the area.

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

I can’t rave enough about how wonderful our stay was. Casie was absolutely great. She made sure our stay was perfect from the beginning to the end. The location is amazing. There are restaurants and the beach that are walking distance. Winthrop is a true gem! We are looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Great spot for marathon weekend. Lovely quiet area with lots of food options. Apartment was ideal for me and only 15min stroll to bag drop on marathon morning. Santo was great, really responsive and helpful. In Boston terms the apartment was good value, just accommodation in Boston generally is really expensive. I hope I can visit again, Boston is a fantastic city and south end is beautiful
