Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

Our cosy, 1860's cottage has a self checkin entrance & sits in a private garden with views to the old barn. The living room, kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom make an ideal getaway for couples. Set on four acres, the property backs onto a treed area alongside the Werribee River. It has chickens & friendly alpacas to visit, but is a mere 5 minute walk into town. Ballan is the perfect base from which to explore Daylesford, Trentham, Blackwood, Creswick & Ballarat. All are within a 30 minute drive.

Blackwood "Treetops"
An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. "The Studio" is a spacious, peaceful and self-contained retreat with a large open plan dining/living space as well as two good-sized bedrooms with up to 5 beds available (3 Queen and 2 King singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate powder room/toilet and a laundry cupboard. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's.. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, a BBQ, or a bounce on the trampoline.

Lovely Converted Train Carriage/ Garden Studio
Lovely rustic train carriage, built in 1914 and since converted into cosy and comfortable accomodation. The carriage accommodates one or two guests, with a queen size bed. Self sufficient, the carriage has a bathroom, microwave and small fridge. A private space, the carriage is nestled at the back of the property amongst the trees and garden. You will have direct access, with parking in the carport at the end of the driveway. Ballan train station is a 7 minute walk from the property.

Bacchus Marsh Villa unit 5
Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre. It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne. As you enter the hallway and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds a third single fold out bed is available on request. The bathroom offers bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area.
