New oceanfront condo on second floor level on the Malecon in town. Sleeps a maximum of six persons (no exceptions). It has 2 bedrooms (each with one queen-size bed), a futon in living area, 2 bathrooms, a dining room and a fully furnished kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot & blender, pots & pans, silverware & utensils). Individual Wifi and excellent cell phone signal. There is a small pool located at the back of the condo building.

Great choice. We found a depa that suited our needs: in a very quiet place, with a great view, and right on the beach. The malecón is a 10-minute walk away, and there you find restaurants, cafes, shops and local shops, and on the way to the seafront, or restaurants at the beach.

A functional living area features a comfortable sofa with decorative cushions and a wooden coffee table. In the background, a well-equipped kitchen is visible, along with a dining table and four chairs, providing a welcoming space for meals and gatherings.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation! Everything was clean and well organized. The kids loved the pool – a real highlight. The kitchen was also very well equipped, so we could easily cook for ourselves. We would come back anytime!

The photos fail to describe how wonderful the place is. The view from the terrace is another level of beauty. We had a full moon and you can't imagine the view and the impressive sunrise. In the apartment everything is impeccable and tasteful. Thanks to Alejandra and Mr. Urs for their attention at all times. It was like being at home, but on the beach shore. Thank you

We had a great stay here with our family of five. The apartment was as described and very comfortable and clean. When we needed to contact the host, Federica was incredibly quick and helpful. The pool was lovely too and cleaned frequently. Would definitely recommend

The apartment is very comfortable, very well-equipped, with a beautiful pool and patio to rest from the walks. Although it is not in the center of Bacalar, it is very easy to get to, it is very close to the lagoon and the beach clubs. The hosts were very attentive to us, there was a small inconvenience on arrival but it was quickly solved. Each query was answered within a few minutes. They recommended a boat ride on the lagoon and a beach club that were excellent. The town is small and very safe Highly recommended!

Beautiful spot right on the lake. We had to get a few things like more water and garbage bags but other than that it was lovely. Very private and the huge tree was great for shade. Lots of birds and iguanas hanging around.

Beautiful place. Really enjoyed it. This will be our new home when we go to Bacalar moving forward. Pablo was an excellent host.

Very comfortable facilities. Excellent location... close to the lagoon, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, etc. The house has everything you need for your stay, both kitchen and comfort, and we love the outdoor part of the third floor with the table and chairs. The instructions to check in were super clear and we had no problems with it, the host was attentive to anything.

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation in this wonderful house with 3 children (16, 11, 9). It is much nicer than in the photos!! You have to know that you have to drive about 20 minutes along an unpaved road along the beautiful Caribbean Sea until you can go shopping. Plan sightseeing and city tours from somewhere else! Here you can relax and enjoy especially well, as you are really alone in the house and far away from the hustle and bustle. You can only hear the wind in the palm trees and the waves. That's exactly what we were looking for - a lonely house on the beach…like in paradise you feel in the Casa Kìin-Ha with a lot of comfort such as plenty of fans, giant refrigerator, ice maker, water filter system, emergency generator etc. During our stay, the house was cleaned 3 times - even with a change of linen…Great!!! Marcia's support was excellent. It really all worked out great and we 100% recommend coming here on a trip to Mexico!
