Karla’s place was even more beautiful than the pictures can show! So peaceful, private and we felt completely safe. The property has some dogs and cats that were all well behaved and friendly. Please don’t miss the opportunity to say yes to the magic that Bacalar has to offer, EVERYONE in this wonderful town was so kind. We will go back again!

Ediel and his wife were very attentive, they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. The place is very beautiful . From the moment you arrive, you feel peace and tranquility. It was very relaxing to be in a cabin at the foot of the lagoon. I must also emphasize how impressive the surroundings are, the landscape is very beautiful. I hope to return and be able to stay longer to enjoy that great experience again. I highly recommend it 10/10.

Lovely apartment close to town centre and lagoon. Free parking if you have a car. Lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and hosts were very responsive.

Everything was amazing about the place and the host, no complaints. Go for it! Just regarding the reception we were dissatisfied, they offered us to go boating on the lake, we accepted, the appointment was at 12:30 p.m. we waited until 12:45 p.m. still nothing, we went to the reception, we waited to finally tell us that there will be no boat, no reason, outing canceled and day ruined. On the accommodation, however, no complaints.

The place was very clean with several amenities that made our stay easier. Nicole is very proactive and responds very quickly to our questions. The site is very enchanting, well maintained and quiet. The pool was very much appreciated and even though there are 6 condos on the site, we were practically always alone. We enjoyed the moments where we were able to go for apnea as there is a beautiful diversity of aquatic wildlife. Unfortunately we couldn't do much of it as it was windy during our stay. Even though there are several cruise ships in Mahahual, it was not disturbing, they are scattering around the area. Despite this we had a great trip, the Mexicans smiling, courteous.

The house is in a very great location. You have your own private lagoon area. Shops and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. The fact that kayaks are available is a plus. Ms. Claudia is a great host, met us at the property and showed us the ins and outs. I would definitely recommend this house for your next stay at Bacalar.

Peaceful and relaxing place. Each bedroom was a mini-studio: private bathroom, mini-fridge, electric kettle/coffee maker, desk, & patio kitchenette. Friendly & responsive host.
