Mai's place was absolutely gorgeous hideaway in Old Town Hanoi. The instructions she left were easy to follow and the place was perfect for our group of seven. There is plenty to walk to from the location and we were able to explore a lot in the time we had there. Mai even listed a lot of great recommendations for us to try food in the area and she was very responsive. The place was exactly as advertised and it was so comfortable and well laid out. Each floor has their own bathroom and the AC was great in the heat. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Hanoi. if you are looking for a great place with a great location, and is quiet at night then I highly recommend this place.

Despite staying there for a short while, Phuong’s Home was such a nice place to stay in and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay whilst they are in Hanoi. They made sure that the check-in was easy and even greeted me at the door. The place is nice and quaint and I love what she has done with the apartment, you would never have expected such a wonderful apartment in that area. It is walkable to the old quarter and there are loads of cute cafés around. You are also a short walk from the train street as well. The only feedback I would give is to update the sheets as they can be a bit uncomfortable due to the material, but that is my only problem that I had with the place. She even offered to show me around and gave me some great recommendations to visit and eat. All the main amenities were available and the place felt clean.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

We stayed in Huong’s place on our first day in Vietnam. The entire team was very helpful and prompt in arranging everything we needed. They were warm and welcoming. We reached late but Edric was kind to come and say hello. We booked a taxi through Huong from airport to the airbnb. The drivers were prompt and very polite. Overall it was an excellent start to our Vietnam trip.

The host was very kind and responded very quickly, so I was very grateful. It was nice that the sauna was also available. However, since this is a new venus villar complex, there is a little bit of infrastructure inside. It's a 10-minute drive from the existing Flamingo. There was a cafeteria in the villa complex, but I couldn't use it because it was being repaired due to a typhoon. I had a lot of food and had a good rest.
