Well-equipped. Somewhat complicated to get to because of the access method they have, but once you get in, everything is arranged. Very good communication. They also have rental motorcycles at a reasonable price. They brought the motorcycle to the door and made it very easy for me.

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

It's a much better place to stay than it looks. da At first, I was wondering why other users had good reviews, but after staying, I think it's worth it. da I liked the friendly manager, active communication, and quick responses. da From the standpoint of using both breakfast and barbecue, the amount is very large. da Delicious food and tidy facilities. Pickup and drop-off were well guided, so I used it conveniently.

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

It was really, really, really good. I don't write reviews very well I like it so much that I leave it. My whole family was satisfied, and it's the best accommodation with emotion. There were many windows, so it was pleasant and rainy, but it wasn't humid and it was cool. The washing bathroom is so pretty, and the room is really the best. 👍👍 The whole family wants to come again. Thank you❤️❤️❤️

I recently stayed at this villa, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The outdoor area was a highlight—lush gardens, a pristine private pool, and stunning views that made every morning and evening unforgettable. We especially enjoyed dining on the terrace under the stars. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, though we were also close to great restaurants when we wanted to go out. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They provided excellent recommendations and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Their hospitality truly made the experience feel special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway, I highly recommend this villa. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. I loved the view of the living room and master bedroom, and it was so convenient that there were many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes on the 1st floor of the apartment. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~
