Great small apartment, has everything you need and 2 workspaces. The only downside is the air conditioning in the bedroom only. Cooking utensils are enough for cooking The room was clean and cleaned quite well and on time. It's cool that there is a hot tub on the roof. I also liked the house itself, everywhere is very green and beautiful)) there is a store nearby with everything you need, a vegetable shop, on the ground floor there is a delicious cafe where you can have breakfast) The hostess was always in touch and solved all problems if they arose very quickly, thank you❤️

I Loved staying at Danny’s place at the A La Carte, amazing location, super attentive host, clean property, the price was at the upper end of what you’ll pay in DaNang but well worth it. No unpleasant travel surprises. Plus the unit is located within a managed Hotel property so you can order food downstairs or use the rooftop restaurant at no additional fee when and if you get tired of the local restaurants which were mostly fantastic. I will definitely come back to stay here in the future.

I had a small issue during my first night because it was new, and the owner personally came over to check the room. While inspecting, she also noticed that the air conditioning was making too much noise. To ensure my comfort, she immediately moved me to another room and even helped transfer my belongings. By the next morning, the issue was fully resolved, and I was able to move back to my original room, which had been cleaned thoroughly just as if it were being prepared for a new guest. The level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes. If you ever have any concerns, just let her know—she’ll take care of it right away. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and hospitality!

Firstly I would like to touch on the responsiveness and attentiveness of the Host/Co hosts. They are overwhelmingly helpful with every question/query I have and not only with the apartment but with other things as well. I have not waited any longer than five minutes for a reply and their communication and transparency with absolutely everything is above and beyond and by far the best out of any airbnb I have stayed in. Nhi especially has gone the extra mile for me no matter how small my request/query and it has made my stay extremely streamlined and easy and I am so grateful to have her as my point of contact. The room gets a deep clean once every week which is always communicated to me beforehand. It has all of the appliances and facilities I need to live comfortably (washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, fridge etc) This apartment is perfect for anyone staying long term or short term and it is within walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend

The view of Kristine’s place was absolutely beautiful. The surprise of having the apt cleaned daily kept the apt clean and nice. We were so appreciative of it. The apt is a little off the main area of my khe but we loved the location because it was quieter and we got the full view of the beach. Kristine is also responsive and communicative

It was a pleasant stay. The host was very accommodating and the place was very cosy and homey. The air con was abit loud but other than that, the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. 🤩

Very cool apartment and we lived in it comfortably for a month. Firstly, it has a dehumidifier, which is simply a must in Da Nang with its humidity and heat. Also there is a very useful washing machine. Air conditioning works great and almost silently. There is a parking for bikes. The area itself is quite close to the beach and the center - 10 minutes by bike, there is a huge GO supermarket and a market nearby. the neighbors downstairs have the cutest 3 dogs and you will pass them every time you drive/walk past them :) Thank you very much Kevin, it was a pleasure staying in your flat!

This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

Best place in Vietnam during our journey, quiet and relaxing place, we enjoyed the room because the bed (very comfortable), the bathroom clean with hooks which was missing during our journey, this is useful for the towel (they provide plenty towels). They kept our luggage for 5 hours.

The space is absolutely recommended. I feel very welcome and at home! Everyone is very helpful and nice. It is clean, beautiful and spacious. All you need can be found. I am very satisfied!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hanh's place. The room is huge and has great lighting. I was able to work at the desk by the window during the day with my coffee. I also liked chilling out on the balcony as well. There's a decent kitchen and good bathroom with a nice shower. There are quite a few steps and no lift so this is something to consider, but I was find with that. It's a short walk to the beach and even shorter to a nice park which I found really good for running and fitness on the different equipment there. The bed was very comfortable and air con made it very pleasant in the room. The TV didn't offer much but I was mostly on my laptop anyway.

I had a great stay at Anh Thi's place! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable long stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. P.S. The view from the balcony overlooking the city was a highlight!

This place is a true gem! The appartment was really nice, modern and confortable. The pool in the courtyard was the best place to relax after cycling/walking around town. The beach is about 15minutes away by bike, same for the old town (free to use for all guests). The whole team was extremely nice and helped us organize our stay in Hoi An in the best way (help buying tickets, booking taxis or private cars, recommendations, etc). They responded really fast and in an impeccable English, which made the communication really easy. I very much recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Hoi An!

This was maybe my favorite stay anywhere, ever. Everything was just right and I loved it so much that once I was there, I didn't leave. Stayed a week and wish it was a month, minimum. Everything about this spot was so nice, from the comfy bed to the nicely equipped kitchen, to the lovely big tub (so hard to find!) and of course, THAT POOL was amazing. I loved this place so much! If you have any doubts, just book it. You won't regret it.

It was nice to be able to use the Hyatt at an affordable price. It was perfect for a family trip!! Ocean view is guaranteed Apart from breakfast, you can enjoy all the rest of the facilities for free (swimming pool buggy car gym, etc.). It was so good!!

The spacious bedroom ensures a comfortable stay. The area is great, with seafood restaurants, convenience stores, and entertainment nearby. A special thanks to the host, Thao, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing great recommendations and ensuring everything went smoothly.
