Cottage vacation rentals in Azores

The stay at Luis's house has been amazing. The house is beautiful, really well decorated, and has different spaces to feel comfortable, like home. The kitchen has everything you need in case you cook anything (cutlery, fairy, pans, coffee machine, microwave...etc) When we did the check-in, they give us a box with juice, milk, and cheese from the Azores. Also, they bring you every morning fresh bread and there is butter and coffee available too. Our room (with a private bathroom)was perfectly decorated and clean. The bathroom was fully equipped with a hairdryer, towels shampoo & shower gel. The garden is beautifully decorated with flowers and plants, with plenty of space, a couple of tables, and a jacuzzi. Luis & Paula are friendly people, they also show us how to feed cows and explain to us a lot about the island. We really have fun and feel at home during our stay in Luis's house.

Wonderful experience and great location

First of all, The location was perfect, it’s in the countryside and the views were breathtaking. There was a farm right next to it which made it even more homey. Tips: make sure to rent a small car because the streets in Azores are very steep and narrow. The host was very responsive and any problem we had, he’d come right away to solve. Overall it was very homey and comfy. !!!My fiancé proposed in Azores !!!!

Tania was extremely responsive and provided us with amazing recommendations throughout the island. It was fully equipped with everything needed for a weeks stay - amazing coffee machine, outdoor seating, washer and dryer, and a comfortable pull out couch which we enjoyed lounging on during the rainy days and watching movies. I would highly recommend this for your stay

We visited Ruben for 10 days. We couldn't have imagined a better place to stay for our stay. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather - all the nicer was to enjoy the amenities of the pool and sauna. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was top prepared. Ruben even provided us with a welcome basket with all the necessary things ( cheese , bread , fruits etc) from the region:) If we should come back to the Azores, we'll definitely go back there. The accommodation is ideally open to the island, about thirty minutes by car from the main viewpoints of the island. It's quiet, with a sublime life, and everything matches the listing photos.

Great place, Maria is very friendly and helpful!! When the Internet didn't work, she even came at 10 PM! For this place you need a car, as everywhere in the Azores Good starting point to get to know the island or if you just want to relax.

Wonderful stay in Sete Cidades! Cozy and well equipped house, beautiful surroundings. Quiet peaceful town. The fresh baked bread from the bakery on the next street was a special treat. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We would return for another relaxing holiday.

What a fantastic place! So glad we chose this AirBnb for our Azores trip. Nelio was an amazing host who met with us and provided some great recommendations in Furnas and things to do around the island. The location of this beautiful cottage was exceptional. Right in the heart of Furnas village where we could walk to some great restaurants to eat and enjoy the hot springs. This location is also a perfect spot to get to anywhere else on the island by car. The cottage was specious, equipped with everything you needed, and we felt right at home! Enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings on the back patio was so nice. Don’t hesitate to book this, it had been one of our most enjoyable AirBnb experiences!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and situated in a beautiful, quiet area of Santa Luzia. Pedro was very welcoming and provided helpful suggestions for things to explore on Pico.

A woundfull place very close to the sea. Simple but very cozy!

We 3 (a couple and a 6 year old) enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming. The accommodation was very clean and had lovely touches such as fresh hen eggs on arrival, wine and capsule coffee which was very much appreciated. The kitchen though small, was well stocked with everything you need and made cooking no problem. Here you stay with the hosts and their many animals such as loads of cats, dogs, hens, ducks and geese and a turkey. There's might even be more that we missed. Our daughter loved playing with the cats especially one very friendly one called Maria. At this stay you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but you are only 15 mins drive to the nearest town. Thank you hosts for being so helpful with anything we needed.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The “Secret Spot” was breathless and a magical place to view the full moon! The house and grounds were so peaceful and serene! We LOVED our welcome basket and trying all the local favorites. The beach was easily accessible and my kids swam everyday despite the cool weather. We definitely would recommend staying at this house! As a family of 4 it had everything we needed! We went to the grocery store to get food so that we could enjoy all the house had to offer!!! We had a great Time in Sandys apartment and enjoyed our time in Topo! Comunicate with Sandy was very easy and the apartment was equiped with everything we needed. We can recommend it!

Jose's house was perfect for this retired couple who likes quiet surroundings and lots of hiking. The view from the sunroom with lots of seating was amazing. You can access hiking trails and the shuttle to Lagoa do Fogo by walking from the house. Good restaurants and groceries are within a short drive. If you spend the day out exploring further reaches of the island, Jose's house is the perfect comfortable place to relax after a long day.

This was my second visit to Porto Judeau and Canário do Mar. And it was just as amazing, maybe even more so, than the first. The location, right across from the ocean, waves pounding on the rocks below. The communication, always prompt, helpful and incredibly friendly. The house, such a thoughtful modern renovation of a traditional Azorean family home. From the first moment I saw photos back in 2021, I knew I had to stay here. I will definitely be back for visit number 3...

Very quiet and peaceful location. I would note for future guests that the drive to the home took longer than expected due to the condition of the road.

Duarte went above and beyond to make us feel at home and shared us his tips and recommendations for where to eat, swim etc. The home was gorgeous also. Highly recommend!
