Vacation rentals with a patio in Ayvalık

Great place at all!

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

It's a quiet and calm neighborhood, the garden is nice to use. A vehicle is a must, you will have a hard time without a car. There are a lot of migros around. The house met our exact need. Ms. Gizem is a good host, she responded quickly to our needs. I recommend

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

This house we rented as 6 girlfriends was far above our expectations and caused us to leave very happy. The abundance of common areas (terrace, garden balconies) allows you to do many activities at the same time. There were 6 of us, but even if you are 9 people, you can stay very comfortably. Ms. Beril's kindness and communication are great :) It was a 10/10 vacation with everything..

We had a very detailed communication with Ms. Özlem from the beginning and she was also very helpful during the stay. He left us a spotless house and took care of it all the time. We didn't lack anything. Everything was as described. It was a home where we were very comfortable with the child. The only negative thing I can say is the sound of the car in front of the house is a very active road. Other than that, we had no problems, it was very enjoyable.

Staying at Zeus Mansion was definitely one of the best decisions we've made. We never wanted to leave when the nature of Yesilyurt Bay was combined with the perfect details of the house. The items in the house were all new and clean. The electrical appliances in the house were also of great quality.
