Other than the small details, it was very well cleaned. Our hosts were very friendly. Despite our arrival at midnight, we checked in very smoothly. We got the basics and got the blankets we asked for quickly. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony, eat and drink directly on the street overlooking the sea. It felt both comfortable and safe when all the windows were shuttered during sunny hours or at night/when we were not at home. We had easy access to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants around. We always had a dialogue with friendly people in the neighborhood, from the people we met to the artisans we visited. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday. It is very close to Ayvalik center and Cunda by car, so you can easily choose it.

Thanks to the central location of the house, we were able to reach everywhere smoothly and quickly. This made it very easy for us. The cleanliness of the house was also extremely good. It was a comfortable and nice house in every way.

Ramazan welcomed us very shortly and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out! The apartment is modern and well equipped, so we could enjoy the week very much. The description of the apartment is very fitting and the location is really great, you can see the beach from the balcony and have restaurants within walking distance anyway. Ramazan was easy to reach with questions and helped us with an issue and was very accommodating. Thank you, we had a nice time!

Highly recommended!Very cost-effective, close to the beach, a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances, perfect for families and large groups. Korhan welcomed us very warmly, provided check-in instructions and recommendations for the surrounding area, very hospitable!

The house is very large. We stayed with two people, but three families can stay comfortably. The possibility of parking a car on the floor like an avyalik is large. We stayed as a 3 adult infant on September 7-10. It was our first Airbnb experience, so we were a little nervous. Mr. Mehmet, his father, Mr. Murat, welcomed us. We were very welcomed. After we rested a little, Mr. Mehmet took us for a 20-25 minute ride to introduce us around. It was a very useful walk, he told us about everything around, where we can eat, etc. We really liked what we ate and drank from the places she recommended. The location of the house is very nice. The surroundings were calm, of course it was the time to open the schools, normally it was a more lively place. The house is very close to the sea, you can leave the house and walk to the beach for 3-5 minutes. There is a beach 2 km long, there is both a public beach and beaches, the sea is sand, it does not pass for a long time. Just down the house is a pool with aqua park. The house is as it appears in the photos, clean and tidy. Everything you need. We did not experience any lack of supplies. We loved Mr. Mehmet and his wife Elif. They're not like an operator, they're like hosts. We'll visit often from now on

A spotlessly clean house in the most beautiful corner of the Greek Quarter, right next to the church. Very close to the parking lot. There are all kinds of tools in the kitchen. The view from the terrace is really great. Mr. Cengiz's kind and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the rooms in the house had air conditioning; it would be perfect, albeit in the other room. Overall, we had a nice stay.

We will not forget the 5 days we spent in this house, which has all kinds of comfort in the peaceful quiet neighborhood, with extremely gulerious, hospitable and helpful neighbors. I hope you can meet again. We would like to thank our host, Ms. Gülay. It was our first time in Ayvalık, but it will definitely not be the last.

We chose it for a two-day Bozcaada holiday at the beginning of September 2024, glad we did. Although the host, Mr. Vedat, could not be due to his urgent work, his assistant Mr. Naci was very caring and friendly. Although Mr. Vedat was away, he made me feel like he was a great host. The house is in a peaceful location and has everything you are looking for. The garden, sea views, sunrise views, and the feeling of being in your own home make this place special. We didn't have any problems or negative situations. A place I would prefer to stay without thinking on my next trip to Bozcaada.

The acommodation was perfect for us! Very close to Bozcaada and Troy's archeological site, but nicely tucked away in the countryside, within rows and rows of olive trees. The place was easy to find and quite comfortable. Great host! Generous with tips about what to do in the nearby, and even helped us find a solution when our rental car was cancelled the same day of our arrival. Overall a great stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything was just as shown in the listing photos. The house was clean and tidy, and we didn’t have any issues with the bathroom or the kitchen. We were very satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend it.
