Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ayvacık

Brother Ali and sister Filiz really don't have much to say for you. They welcomed us as someone who was extremely warm and family. They tried to help with anything. We wanted to light the fireplace, thanks to Ali, even though it was on Sunday, he even arranged wood. The breakfast was also very nice with handmade tomato paste and jam, etc. We had two peaceful days in the village, we had a second house. Thank you so much for everything, we will be back, of course:)

It was an amazing experience, the attention and interest of Ms. Çağla is wonderful. There are all the things you need in the house, from the coffee maker to the tea maker.. to the detergent varieties.. even the zero kitchen cloth and sponge were ready for us. There was always hot water, the house is located inside the village, the neighbors are very friendly, located in the middle of many spots. I'd say don't come back without drinking tea in the village coffee. Since the house is wooden, it gets a little noisy downstairs, and if there's no wifi, our 🤭 phone service would be bad in the village. Thank you so much for everything, we spent 3 days in this magnificent view and enjoyed it very much.

Mr. Can was very interested and answered all our questions and provided flexibility to our checkout time. When we entered the house, the house was spotless and smelled like bleach everywhere. Everything is available in the house, you can feel like your own home. I recommend it to everyone, the location of the house is very nice, if you want to relax, I would definitely recommend you not to miss it. Thank you very much for everything🙏🏻

We are very pleased to know Ms. Başak and her husband are wonderful people. They always asked about our needs with their smiling faces, they described the places to go, we immediately got warm and we were never strangers. We didn't bring much with us, but you can meet your needs from the nearby grocery store. It was very peaceful to wake up to the smell and sound of the sea water, as well as being very beautiful. The house was very clean and meets all your needs. We would also like to thank Pati and our cat friends who live in the garden for allowing us to love them. In addition, after learning that we are a honeymoon couple, I would like to thank Ms. Başak and Mr. Celesay again for giving us the gift they made. I hope we can meet again.

We had a great holiday in a great bay. Ms. Nehir's house meets all needs and the location is very nice. Although we stayed with 4 adults and 2 children, the house capacity was very sufficient. The terrace is great. The house is wide quiet and in the center. We'll definitely be back 🙏🏻🙏🏻

It was a quiet, calm, immaculate house in the village. Aunt Fatma greeted us with a smile. We are very satisfied.

Staying at Zeus Mansion was definitely one of the best decisions we've made. We never wanted to leave when the nature of Yesilyurt Bay was combined with the perfect details of the house. The items in the house were all new and clean. The electrical appliances in the house were also of great quality. You can enjoy the immaculate pool, which is cleaned in orderly with a magnificent view of nature. Thank you again to our hosts.

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come to Ayvalık. Thank you for everything, Mr. Alper!

Hosts were very caring and kind! The house looks the same with the photos here and spotless clean. It has all amenities listed here and missing ones provided after requesting. The location might be challenging without a car,thanks to Mert Bey we were able to go to the nearest supermarket for grocery shopping. The beach is 6-7 min away on foot and the sea is super clean/shallow. Recommended for a quiet peaceful vacation!

Ezgi was always friendly from the first to the last moment, our life became easier due to the fact that the house was close to the harbor. The house was extremely well equipped, we were left to sleep comfortably in our beds. Just to remember : The house was so clean and sparkling clean that we woke up in the morning as if we were in your own house. Thanks a lot Ezgi:))) Hope to see you again

The house was the same as the photos and the location was really good, even though it is extremely close to all the entertainment venues, you are on the beach in a street with only houses and one step. Kitchen belongings were quite enough. The house was spotless, we had no problems with the beds and sheets. The house has two air conditioners in the living room and master bedroom, which was quite sufficient. The terrace is above the building and the view is also very nice. The host was also very caring. If I come to Cunda again, I will choose it again. Thanks for everything.

Other than the small details, it was very well cleaned. Our hosts were very friendly. Despite our arrival at midnight, we checked in very smoothly. We got the basics and got the blankets we asked for quickly. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony, eat and drink directly on the street overlooking the sea. It felt both comfortable and safe when all the windows were shuttered during sunny hours or at night/when we were not at home. We had easy access to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants around. We always had a dialogue with friendly people in the neighborhood, from the people we met to the artisans we visited. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday. It is very close to Ayvalik center and Cunda by car, so you can easily choose it.

It was very close to restaurants, the beach and places to visit in terms of location. The house was clean. Mr. Korhan was interested. She was always quick to respond. Would recommend.

Cleanliness down to the finest detail is also very important. We were amazed by the interior design. It was also a place we would prefer again due to its location.

Highly recommend in a central location, very close to the beach. Mr. Serkan responded to our questions very quickly. If it happens again, we would definitely prefer it again.

It was a nice neighborhood in terms of location. It is also located in the city, away from the crowds of the city. 5 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to the bazaar and bus station, 2 min walk to the nearest grocery store. The minibus stop passes through the lower street of the house and the passage to nearby neighborhoods is easily provided. The house was clean and tidy. Gürbüz and his Family were very caring. We thank them.

The amenities were very good, even a new washing machine was available. The place was very clean and the communication very friendly. I loved that there was someone in the house who you could address daily if you needed anything. And the possibility to communicate via whats app, which made it much easier for me. Host helped you with requests at all times. I highly recommend the place.

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Thanks to Gurbuz and Aydin bey for smooth and nice stay. Everything was the same as described. Very clean and cosy. We didn't use the kitchen, however there could be more cuttlery and cups (not glasses) :) Balcony is very spacious, we spent there every evening watching neighbourhood cats, who wanted to enter the house very much:))) It was very nice stay overall, thank you once again!

The location of the house is spectacular, with a view of Altinoluk square, located in the bazaar. You can swim in the sea on the right side of the harbour, the water is immaculately clean, the distance to the house is about 2 minutes away on foot. There are all the items you may need inside the house. Mr. Mesut was also quick to respond when we needed something. We were very satisfied, thank you. We will be back.
