We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

lovely family home with all the utilities & equipment you could ever need. Alex was a very friendly & informative host. the house itself is within a 10 minute walk of the Old town which is lovely. We visited a couple of the pubs which were very nice. would definitely recommend to family & friends & wouldn't hesitate to stay again if visiting the area

I loved staying at Caroline’s house. It is a beautiful home in a lovey part of Clapham. The property was just like the photos and description. Caroline was the best host - very amenable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Matt was great, very responsive, more than happy to help and offer recommendations. The location is an easy walk to the tube and amazingly for London the street was quiet and had on street parking right outside the house. The house was perfect for 5 of us, the sofa in the lounge so comfortable, two ensuites and a downstairs loo, and the kitchen well equiped. Would definitely stay again.

I needed somewhere to stay at short notice so I could focus on a work project without being disturbed. Wendy came back to me straight away and I was able to check in and arrive exactly when I needed to. Such a beautiful home! I had plenty of room in the office to set up what I needed and the internet was fast. It’s right next door to a coop and chippy so that made it so easy for me. All the locals were very friendly and I felt totally safe and relaxed. To be honest I didn’t want to leave. Wendy was extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Book this place for my partners birthday and we had the best time! Convenient location to everything we wanted to do and a lovely space. We took our dog and she had an amazing time too. The secure garden and access to the field behind was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we come to the Cotswolds 😊

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

The Dovecote is a beautiful, tiny stone built restored outbuilding. Inside, it has been efficiently fitted out in a way that was perfect for our requirements. Its location is even better than we were expecting, being in peaceful natural surroundings with two other larger stonebuilt properties nearby. It's literally right next to the canal, which was busy with canal boats. It's approached along a narrow lane between a row of cottages on one side, and the canal on the other. This gave us an immediate WOW! factor, which continued to include the property itself. We walked from the property right into into Oxford city centre along the canal path - a 13km walk which took us two and a half hours. We also did a shorter walk along the canal in the opposite direction. There are two pubs close by which provided good food (but note - they stop serving food at about 8pm), and a lovely tea room. We stayed three nights and wished we'd had longer. We loved it.

Absolutely stunningly beautiful cottage and surroundings! Nicky is very helpful and responds very quickly with any questions/recommendations! Can't fault the place, it's an absolute gem!

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

we celebrate our anniversary in peace and quite. It was lovely, clean, private and everything we wished for. The pool was amazing and the cottage meet our expectations.We cannot wait to go back!

Perfect location and very stylish I would defiantly stay again

Lovely stay in Lauren’s home. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable for the four of us, with great facilities in the park. Perfect location for attending an event at Sywell Aerodrome, which is only five minutes’ drive away. Park has a shop, book swap, laundrette, tennis and basketball courts and bar on site, as well as fishing lakes. Would stay again if we were in the area and would recommend to others.

Really lovely cabin, well looked after and very clean. Host was very helpful and pleasant. As others have written, the cabin is located near the house and not quite in the middle of the woods as expected, but hosts fully respected privacy and we only saw them on arrival. Toilet is a little cramped but otherwise everything was perfect. A really lovely stay

The bungalow was a lovely place to stay. We were staying in Watford as we were going to the Harry Potter experience. It was close by. One day it was raining we weren’t sure what to do with the kids we ended up going to climb up in a shopping mall near by. It’s also local to supermarkets. The place was spotless clean bedding and towels etc. pull out bed for the children. We were going to take our dog and then didn’t because of the long drive but I wish we had. Jan looks after dogs like a doggy day care. Our little dog would have loved it.

Had a lovely 2 night stay, accommodation as described, clean and comfortable. Welcome pack (milk, butter, bread, porridge pots, fruit juice tea and coffee) much appreciated. Safe parking available. Good value for the money.

So enjoyed our stay . Loved the surroundings great walks with our dogs . Such good facilities , the kitchen had everything you could wish for . Bev was so friendly & so very helpful . Not that we needed anything extra but know if we did it would’ve been sorted ! Loved all the nice extra touches in the bedroom & bathroom . Loved all the nice wall plaques . The outside was lovely to sit , you could hear the traffic but not when you went back inside ! Highly recommend it to anyone . Was sad we were only there for two nights , a week would’ve been fab ! Hopefully we will return & enjoy another wonderful stay .

We had a weekend planned at Silverstone for MotoGP and needed accommodation for a one night stay. Jack and Sophie advised that Conker Cabin was about 10 miles from the circuit which was perfect for us. The cabin was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfortable and relaxing which is just what we needed after a tiring day at the circuit.

Enjoyed our short stay at Ross's cottage. It was very clean and comfortable with ample parking. Beautiful views and an easy drive to the beautiful Cotswold towns. Would stay again.
