How do I describe Meenakshi aunty and her beautifully organised home? I have been wondering the same since I said my goodbyes to her with a promise to return to this very charming cottage. I was here for a month this time. The sight of the sunrise from the cottage will mesmerise any city dweller. An extremely well equipped cottage with nothing lacking. The food served is the local Kumaoni cuisine. It's sumptuous and delicious. Lovingly prepared and generously fed. The host herself is a wonderful person, and I thoroughly enjoyed my long morning walks with her. She is a meaningful listener and has umpteen stories to share. I found a friend in her. It's great to be living amongst people who have a humane touch in everything they do. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated with a sense of newness. Live here to experience it in your own unique way and to reconnect with your natural flow. Many thanks for opening the doors of your home for me, and for showering me with love and care.

Digvijayji is a fantastic host and everything at the cabin was as expected or even more. Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Views of the Himalayas were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook when we wanted to. Icing on the cake was the caretaker, Girishji who is a very caring person. The place is situated in nature with serene environment and amazing himalayan view. The place is located 150m down the road so avoid bringing large bags and might have to walk a bit, however the host is very helpful and supports you with everything.All required amentities are provided. It is clean and right in the lap of nature. Last but not the least, the food is super delicious. I am sure you ll get really healthy and tasty food at the stay, if requested seperately. Overall, its highly recommended. Safe for solo travellers and groups as well.

The homestay is a beautiful home away from home. Such a cosy and beautiful place, peeping in the lap of nature. Had the best time of my life.
