A warm and friendly stay for our first-time trip exploring Aveiro! Liza, Rafel, and their sweet cat Pepe were such welcoming hosts and made our stay absolutely comfortable. The room was cosy and comfortable, and w always felt like we could ask for anything we needed. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Very nice place, very helpful and kind homeowner. At this property we had a room with a shared bathroom, although not used to it it was not a problem. The place is in a really convenient location to see the typical Costa Nova houses and walk to the beach for breathtaking sunsets.

A super cozy space, the decor is fantastic. Both the house and the balcony. You can't hear the noise from outside. Maria always responded quickly to all questions. Recommend 100% to anyone who wants to spend a night in Aveiro.

We loved the house, we went in Family and we enjoyed every corner. In addition to all the history and memory that the house represents, it is in a great location, we need to share it with the Tourists who stay Taking photos. The kitchen area and renovated and equipped bathrooms. Even with slightly cloudy days and some rain, we enjoyed it a lot and We had fun in Family.

Everything was correct as published in the listing. The apartment is very well sized, lots of space, and very nicely located. The entrance door has a password, so you don't have to worry about getting a key and handing it over when you leave. In the kitchen you have a corner for coffee and tea, a nice touch.

A spacious outdoor patio is highlighted by a wooden pergola and features colorful umbrellas providing shade. Potted plants are arranged around the area with two lounge chairs visible, and the backdrop includes a glimpse of the Barra Lighthouse.

Alcibiades took very good care of us and was always attentive to our needs even before we asked. During our stay, we experienced the blackout on 4/28 and Alcibiades arrived with water, light bulbs, camping gas, charcoal and all the essentials to make sure we were well and comfortable during that time. We felt very comfortable and the location is amazing. Beach, restaurants, walks and everything is very close by.
