Ines is a wonderful person and excellent communicator that responds quickly. She met us upon arrival to show us around and was so thoughtful to leave us fresh fruit and snacks. She also has a vast knowledge of local places to visit, the Portuguese culture, driving tips, restaurants and more. The home was perfect for the 3 of us. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The home is cozy with a working fireplace, a back yard to bask in the sun, great WiFi, and heaters for comfort as needed. Numerous restaurants, local convenience shops, cafes and a cool mall (Vida Ovar) within 10 to 20 min driving. Definitely recommend having a car to explore. I highly recommend her home for a wonderful visit.

Sergio's apartment is impeccable, just as it appears in the photos, the Turkish bath is amazing, the barbecue space too, everything in general, 8 minutes from downtown, super well located and easy to get to, Sergio is very friendly, attentive and answers very quickly, my partner and I had a great time, I'm sure we'll be back.

I loved the house of Gafanha, that's what we were looking for. It was days of rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, we like it a lot. Cristiana was very helpful and polite, giving clear and helpful information. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is perfect value for money. We spent 4 days in Aveiro and had a great time. The best part was getting there after walking for miles and taking a shower! Bruno welcomed us and told us how to access the back of the house to park the car, something we were very grateful for, as we were looking for somewhere to leave the car protected. The accommodation is less than a 10-minute drive from downtown, which is a great way to save money on paying for expensive hotels and still enjoy the city. They left us some delicious pastries for breakfast and coffee, tea and water. We were out of sugar but we got it at the supermarket. It should be mentioned that the train track passes nearby and from time to time you can hear the train passing but it is not very annoying, it is something to keep in mind for people who are looking for a lot of silence. We are very grateful to Bruno and Tatiana because we felt right at home! We will definitely be back!

Great location and loved the close access to the beach, bars and parking though a little tight in driveway. Place was was well stocked with everything including spices, oil and vinegar as well as a barbecue. Sunsets on beach were awesome. The deck was great and well used. The washing machine and dryer were great. We would stay there again for sure.

Family of 9 we spent 3 days at the property. Paddleboard, Visited Barra, Costa Nova fish market, Aveiro and long beach walks. would recommend.

The accommodation is in a very good location. Everything was perfect.

We are traveling by train and this was such an easy walk, both from the train station and to the center. Wonderful bathroom and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Loved being able to do laundry.

From the first moment, the deal is a ten. Manuela and Nelson very nice, Rui due to any issues. The apartment is clean and very pretty. You have everything you need to spend a few days.

Modern and very well-equipped space. Very clean and with a very well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for 6 people who want to get to know Aveiro and stay in a quiet area. It is easily reached on foot to several supermarkets and the city center. They respond very quickly and give tips for the city. To be repeated, no doubt.

Jorge's place was great. We had an excellent visit and he was very friendly and helped with whatever we needed. Aveiro is beautiful and his place is walkable to the canals, shops and restaurants. Everything was very nice.

Well located, clean and tidy, just the right space for two adults and two children. Close to the beach and the pretty colorful houses.

It was worth it! The owners are friendly people who welcomed us with great availability and kindness. The house is perfect, new, bathroom with shower, bidet, etc … perfect central location for families WITHOUT pets. We'll be back for sure.

Very nice accommodation, easy to park. Very central location, the canal view is also very nice! The design of the apartment is very beautiful. The only downside is the insulation, the hall makes the slightest sound resonate very loudly, especially a neighbor who seemed to have a lot of fun several times that evening. Apart from this slight inconvenience that didn't fail to make us laugh, the place is great!

We enjoyed our stay at Sonia's apartment. It is well located, on the side of the river with the restaurants nearby. The apartment is cozy and has practically everything we need. It doesn't have its own parking, but it was easy to park on the street except local Festival days when we had to go a couple of laps and park a couple of streets farther away. Sonia was attentive and always answered our questions. We would recommend this place.

My experience was very positive overall. The accommodation corresponds exactly to what is presented and is very well located, with a pharmacy, supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as being a short walk from the tourist center and the city's malls. The host was always very attentive and communicative, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. I have nothing negative to point out and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

This little place was very comfortable, and close to everything! Walk to all the restaurants and shops no problem. Free parking is close by just over the canal took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the car. However you can pull right up and drop off your luggage in front of the, which makes things easy. Everything was clean, and provided everything you need for a cozy stay. The listing is just as shown, it’s a bit small but has all you need. Shower is spacious. Bed is comfortable, blankets are cozy. Helder was super accommodating, and allowed us to check in early.. Also a very trust worthy host and cleaning crew. I left my Grandmothers gold necklace and St Jude pendant at their place, didn’t realize for days later. Helder had the necklace AND is shipping to me in the United States!! I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We felt right at home at Andre’s place and loved staying in such a beautifully typical Portuguese home. André has thought of everything from kitchen tools to games and every comfort of home. We especially loved the peaceful backyard garden. We would definitely stay here again if available for our next trip to Aveiro.
