M é a Minha Casa e também pode ser a Sua. Está no melhor sítio do mundo, uma praia colorida, quieta entre as águas da Ria de Aveiro e a do oceano Atlântico. Pode muito simplesmente ficar em casa com todo o conforto e prazer de desfrutar da vista deslumbrante ou ir a pé para todo o lado: praia, restaurantes e cafés, o mercado local de marisco e peixe, clube de vela, campo de ténis, parque infantil, mini-golfe, fazer windsurf, kite, paddle, canoa ou passear pelos passadiços das dunas ou da ria.

Palheiro da Avó - Costa Nova beach house facing the estuary

Between the estuary and the sea, the house is located in the quiet and picturesque Costa-Nova. It is a traditional wooden haystack, from the late nineteenth century ideal for families or groups of friends, for the 5 rooms it has, but sufficiently cozy for small families. 10 minutes from Aveiro, it is also a wonderful place for children, with many activities available from water sports, walkways, mini golf and tennis. We share with you this little corner where we are so happy!

A bright bedroom features a wooden bed adorned with blue and white linens. A small side table with a lamp complements the space. An open doorway leads to a modern bathroom with a sink and mirror, providing a seamless transition between areas.
