Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

I am my family we love the location, close to the restaurants, cultural centers and shopping malls. A great person, super attentive! Thank you, see you soon!

Luisa's place is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a quiet part of Espinho, within easy walking distance of the beach and commercial center. Luisa was very responsive, and her friend Helena, who checked us in, was charming and extremely obliging (including my meeting us after we checked out so that we could pick up something that we left behind). All in all, a lovely place that I'd happily stay in again.

Ines is a wonderful person and excellent communicator that responds quickly. She met us upon arrival to show us around and was so thoughtful to leave us fresh fruit and snacks. She also has a vast knowledge of local places to visit, the Portuguese culture, driving tips, restaurants and more. The home was perfect for the 3 of us. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The home is cozy with a working fireplace, a back yard to bask in the sun, great WiFi, and heaters for comfort as needed. Numerous restaurants, local convenience shops, cafes and a cool mall (Vida Ovar) within 10 to 20 min driving. Definitely recommend having a car to explore. I highly recommend her home for a wonderful visit.

We had a lovely week at the house and the surrounding nature. The house was beautifully located, well equipped and clean! Although we had very rainy weather during our stay, we still enjoyed beautiful hikes and the house offered a cosy refuge for us. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for the hospitality António!

I felt at my own home. The hosts were super friendly and reachable, really present when needed and helpful. The house is beautiful and clean, ample, functional, and peaceful at night. I hadn’t been before in so complete place at airbnb specially due to the wonderful matching hosts and house.

We truly enjoyed your stay. The house is very cozy and the photos totally matched the place in real life. The main asset of this house is the exterior! A gorgeous terrace to enjoy a drinks outside or have a BBQ. And then as you go down, you find some lovely flowers and plants, and very well maintained garden and finally, the jewel of this place: the pool! It was bigger and more beautiful than on the photos. The fact that it’s heated is also a place. Overall, we would totally recommend it (there’s also a beautiful forest and monastery to visit only a few minutes walk away) especially if you want to disconnect from the city life. I so enjoyed my stay in this stunning stone house built by the host's direct relatives! I was truly charmed by the soft tinkling of goats' bells in the pasture, the adorable village dog known and loved by all, a private porch, a crackling fire on a chilly night. This village and it's people are really special, experimenting with organic farming and regularly offering multi-generational events. I was even invited to a village party that included impromptu music, singing and dancing. Self-taught musicians played accordians, guitars and ukuleles while their neighbors & relatives danced. If I moved to Portugal (I wish I could!) I would want to vacation here for a month every year. It's a perfect spot for a writer's retreat, quiet reflection or uninterrupted time together as a couple. The kitchen is a fully functional kitchen, with all the pots, pans, implements and appliances you could possibly need to prepare and serve a meal for 10 (even an immersion blender!)

This home is absolutely beautiful, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything we could possibly need was there, from a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout the house and garden. It was spotless, and we especially appreciated the fresh citrus and eggs from the birds next to the property waiting for us. Carolina and her husband are exceptional hosts, warm, generous, and incredibly helpful. All their recommendations were perfect. Do note that a car is essential, and confident driving is a must in the area. The game room with the pool table was a great bonus, especially on rainy days. The nature, the views, and the garden were all stunning. Our only regret was not staying longer.

I loved the house of Gafanha, that's what we were looking for. It was days of rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, we like it a lot. Cristiana was very helpful and polite, giving clear and helpful information. I highly recommend it.

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

Marina was very attentive, she let us leave later to take advantage of a morning on the beach. In addition to leaving us beautiful natural flowers and a couple of bottles of water. Everything was really great. It had very complete kitchenware for a family of 4/5 people; and even oil, vinegar and salt, although we didn't use it, but it's appreciated that they have it. Thank you very much.

An amazing place to stay! The flat was lovely and clean, shower was nice and big and the bed was super comfy. Made the most of it being a ground floor flat by sunbathing just outside the little patio area and walking straight to the pool for a dip. Also a great location to walk into town for either the beach, shops or restaurants. Not too far to walk to the supermarket for food either. Adelina was always super quick to reply to messages, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful anytime we did message. Cannot recommend enough!!
