Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

Absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location with a direct view of the Cascade from the bedroom. Everything was exactly as described – luxurious, stylish, and beautifully equipped. Walking distance to all major attractions in central Yerevan. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Gelassenheit brauchen. Das einzige was man beachten muss, bis Yerevan sind es min. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ansonsten eine Super Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, groß, Grill, toller Garten, Pool und und und. Alles was man braucht. Ein wahrer Paradies! Wir haben uns sehr gemütlich bei Karen gefühlt. Ein Riesen Dank an den Gastgeber: immer sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Danke sehr an dieser Stelle an Karen!! Falls wir eine Unterkunft in Armenien brauchen, wir wissen Bescheid!! Danke sehr!!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Yerevan! The location is perfect — right in the center, with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself is very cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they even gave us a great city guide with local tips, which was super helpful. We would definitely come back again!

We spent four nights in the apartment with my son, visiting Armenia. Gohar and Marina proved to be excellent hosts, who gave clear guidance and were always quick to respond in a friendly way. The place was perfect for two people: clean and well equipped in a huge modern building ideally located next to Republic Square and within a short walking distance to the Opera. You find plenty of shops and restaurant around. The apartment also has a parking space in the underground garage of the same building, which was great on the days when we had a rented car. All in all, it was a good choice that we can recommend without any hesitation.

Расположение напротив парка, хороший многоэтажный дом, продуманный интерьер, подборка книг по искусству, вертушка с классической музыкой. Огромная гостиная, спальня с отдельным туалетом. Окна до пола. Все отлично! Хозяин контактный и предупредительный. Собаки которые ладо по ночам неотъемлемая достопримечательность Дилижана. Обязательно подружитесь с ними. Но не забудьте беруши. Рекомендую это жилье. И кафе Losh рядом.

Квартира расположена в историческом центре, рядом много парков и инфраструктуры. Описание квартиры соответствует реальности ... чисто, просторно, удобно. Все необходимое в наличии. Хозяин отзывчив, если возникают проблемы, то быстро решает. По соотношению цены и качества - отличный выбор. Рекомендую!

Beautiful cosy warm home. Unfortunately it’s was cold, wet and snowy when we stayed in April but we were very comfortable and warm in the hobbit hole. It’s not directly in town but everything in Dilijan is spread out anyway and taxis are cheap and easy to book with gg or (y)andex so it’s not a problem.

Мы провели прекрасных 4 дня в гостях в Джульетты. Квартира очень уютная, продуманная (видно, что дизайнер приложил руку к проекту). Много сценариев освещения, есть все для комфортного проживания. У квартиры отличное расположение - пешком до центра пару минут. Советую для помещения

Our stay at Ashot’s home in the Cascade area of Yerevan was absolutely incredible! My niece and I traveled from Los Angeles, and staying here made our trip even more special. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming the moment we arrived. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony — it directly overlooked the stunning Cascade steps! Every morning and evening, we sat outside enjoying the breathtaking views of the city and the vibrant energy below. It truly felt like a dream. Another standout was the shower and rooms — it had an incredible view of the Cascade steps as well, making even simple moments feel so luxurious and unique. The details in the apartment were thoughtful and stylish, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of Yerevan, surrounded by amazing cafes, parks, and restaurants. Everything was walking distance. The area felt safe and full of culture, and Ashot the host was amazing.
