This home away from home is beautiful. I like how it nicely tucked away and allows privacy while vacationing. The home offers several amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts are great with communication and friendly. I have already told family about this home and plan to return.

This home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and just overall awesome! I loved that it was pet-friendly and I was able to bring my Frenchies with me, they felt right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d definitely come back again!

We had a marvelous stay in Austin. The backyard has everything you could want to relax and spend time together. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Some of the things didn't quite work as well as they should (or maybe I didn't know how to work the oven and pool robot right), but the issues were minimal compared to the overall stay. John was an excellent and responsive host.

We loved our stay at this house! We had a large group staying for a bachelorette party and it was perfect - plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. Good location/ quick Uber to everything we did. Very responsive and flexible host. I don’t have anything bad to say! We had the best time here.

The house was in a good location with lots of local restaurants and shopping. It was a perfect base for a week in central Texas. The house was set up and had plenty of convenience for a family stay. The AC and ceiling fans kept it comfortable and their was coffee and tea for guests. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful private outdoor area by the pool. I would definately choose to stay with Carlos and Sarah again.

We had an incredible weekend stay at this beautiful home with our group of 15 college friends! The house exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, perfect for a big group. The outdoor spaces were amazing, with large decks and plenty of seating areas where we could relax and socialize. But what really made our stay stand out was the fantastic selection of games and activities! We spent hours playing table tennis and pickle ball, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and entertaining weekend. We would highly recommend this home to any large group or family looking for a memorable getaway. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Our stay here at Michael's property was perfect for my bachelor party. After a day of activities in and around Austin, this was the perfect place for us to end our night and just relax. We made full use of the amenities, whether it be hot tub and the beautiful outdoor space or the large round table for cards and board games late into the night. The bedrooms were very spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to quickly fall asleep after a busy day. The bathrooms were almost just as much art pieces as they were functional. Overall, this property perfectly met our needs and we would definitely book again.

This house was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for an unforgettable girls' weekend. The space is perfectly designed for a bachelorette trip - super spacious, Insta-worthy decor, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home (but fancier). We loved the open layout for our group hangouts and ach bedroom was clean, comfy, and gave us that luxury sleepover vibe. Plus, the backyard was an actual dream. We spent hours lounging by the pool, lounging on the backyard couches, and eating under the string lights. Pooja was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond for us - she left us a cake for our bride and a handwritten card. She was available to us and responded to our Airbnb messages within MINUTES! We felt so taken care of! If you're planning a bachelorette or girls' trip to Austin, book this place. Just do it. You won’t want to leave!

My family and I had an amazing Christmas at this Farmhouse. Debbie's description of the house is very accurate, check in/out was a breeze and she made herself available to answer any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook our meals. Thanks!

We had part of my daughter's wedding party stay here for the weekend of her wedding. This house is great! Cute little pool in back with a great covered eating area. Everything was squeaky clean, and everything needed was in the kitchen. Great laundry room, and though the living room didn't have seating for everyone, there was plenty of additional seating at the dining table and stools at the kitchen island. Nicely appointed (especially the Master Bath) place!

What a great place. I travel a lot for work … there are times we all need a good reset. A place to have some down time. This is the place. I’m looking forward to booking this place again.

This house is beautiful! The entrance hallway leading into the kitchen and living area is absolutely stunning, incredibly clean and much bigger in person than pictured. The entire property is beautifully decorated throughout and all 5 bedrooms were a great size. I stayed in the master bedroom and slept perfectly both nights - the beds are so incredibly comfy!! Fantastic en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom too. The property is located on a super, super safe and quiet family-feel street around 30 minutes from Austin City Centre. Wonderful communication from Ana throughout! Thank you Ana for a wonderful stay!

Biens place was as described. Nothing more and nothing less, so it fit our needs. Would have liked to have a checkout instruction posted somewhere in house instead of waiting until day before checkout for people like myself that like to get things done ahead of time and be prepared early. We'd rent the place again, but set your expectations accordingly.

The house is in a little neighborhood, felt very safe! 15 minute uber ride to pretty much everything. House was exactly like the pictures, and even better in person. Jackie was the best host! We had a couple of minor mishaps, but Jackie was extremely responsive, and really went out of her way to make this an incredible stay! Also I greatly appreciated that everything in the house was labeled, so we never had to search for anything. Also since Jackie has been doing this for so long, she has a build up of extra supplies (cups, plastic wear/paper products). If I am ever back in Austin, I would definitely stay here again!!
