Stylish Tiny House Among the Trees

Lounge on a comfy sofa and discover that the art of simple living doesn't mean sacrificing a thing. Every inch of this stylish tiny house is clever and inspiring, including its modern kitchen, sumptuous walk-in shower, and romantic sleeping loft. It's a real Tiny House with a loft!! Great views and close to everything! Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for a quick dinner. Dishes, utensils, glassware, pots & pans, bowels and everything you need to do a little cooking. The house has a refrigerator, stove top, microwave and coffee maker. WiFi, Direct TV, games & cards are here to keep you entertained. We will check in when you arrive (if possible) to show you around the 336 sq ft. Depending on how long you are staying we will check in once or twice while you are here to make sure you have what you need. We will also follow up via email after you leave to make sure you're stay was what you were hoping for. If you need something while you're here, all you need to is send a text or make a call! The house is in a quiet older neighborhood with a nice mix of neighbors. There's everything from bungalows to updated brick homes to tiny houses. The East Side offers some of the best new restaurants and bars with amazing food and ambiance. There are a number of car services including Fare, GetMe, Fasten and fingers crossed Uber will be back soon! The public bus also picks up just a block over. Cab's are also an option. If you're driving in, the house has driveway parking. The house is really convenient for getting around Austin. It is close to downtown but so many ways to get to it that traffic can usually be avoided. Want a stocked kitchen when you arrive? Let us know when you book and we will do our best to coordinate. Have a big group coming in? Let us know and we can suggest other arrangements. Remember that it's a tiny house - literally 336 sq ft! The loft has a low head clearance so be careful when you sit up! The house sits at the top of a hill, so the driveway is a little steep. There is a parking spot at the bottom of the driveway and steps coming up to the house. The good news - the house is really private!

Cozy Modern Cottage with Quiet Back Yard

This one bedroom home is very cozy but with plenty of room to stretch out and truly relax. Guests will have access to the entire house Carole and Kerry live nearby and will be at your service should you need anything. Plum Cottage is in the Zilker Park neighborhood. Go for a run on the nearby trails or take a dip in the cool waters of world famous Barton Springs. The cottage is close to great tacos and a true honky-tonk for dancing. If you do not have a car we recommend using Urber to get around. There is also a bus stop only one block away with an express route to downtown. There are several resturaunts, coffee shops and a Walgreens within a few minutes walk.

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
