Kvammen, 30min drive from Sandstad. 25 minutes to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that is upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is located 100 meters from the sea, short distance to fishing water and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wifi.

We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and does not have passing traffic. Here you can lower your shoulders and enjoy the island life, whether you want to relax, fish, hike or enjoy yourself with friends. It is a short way down to the sea and good sun conditions. When the sun is out, it's warm on the covered porch. There is good bus space both on the property and in around. Supplement for normal cleaning 1400,-. This place is all its own and unique style that you can't find anywhere else. The use of wood is outside the usual. The cabin built with simplicity in mind, with stylish and tight lines. At the same time, the cabin is at one with nature and it looks like it has only been there for a long time. The cabin is built for cozy gatherings with family. Review and nature you get into the cabin. The combination of twig-free pine and poplar wood provides the cabin with a bright and pleasant atmosphere, giving you a meditative experience.

Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails nearby is one coastal fort from World War II which has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas as well as a small zipline for children and youth. Lesund is located in the middle between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. The cabin was completed in 2024 with water-borne heating and fireplace. The cabin is located on a plot of 20 acres all for itself, just a stone's throw from the sea. Dock next door as well as own beach for swimming and fishing. Unique hiking opportunities nearby with Smøla and Tusna. An hour drive to Kristiansund, 20 min. drive to Aure city center, 2 minutes drive to the nearest Coop shop. Walking distance to zipline, playground, football field and frisbee golf.

Lovely sea and mountain views Peaceful, swimming areas, nice base for trips on Nordmøre, mountains and fjords. There is no boat on site. Day trips to Trondheim, Kristiansund and Molde (about 2 hours). Grocery and small local mall approx. 20 min drive. Several well-marked hiking trails, "Support Point" is a popular hiking trail where you have access to the fire pit/grill, see the view of Smøla and Hitra. Well arranged for families with children as there are made off-road trails, zip line etc. Plenty of opportunities!

Great location, the fjord is the master! Very well-kept apartment with all the comforts of our home! Towels and sheets are included in the price! A little tricky to find the key box, in the basement behind a beam... it takes a flashlight to make the combination. I'll definitely be back if I'm here

It is wonderful to enjoy both good views and great weather on this terrace. We also ordered a boat from Ringholmen, which picked us up at the jetty below the house and took us over to Ringholmen for a better dinner. Harald was easy to communicate with. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend taking the trip to Tustna.

It was great summer vacation. The house is newly renovated outside and now has a wrap-around terrace. And also a seating on the sea side. The rental boat is now a little closer to Vestnes and also has a filitier place there.

A spacious terrace showcases a panoramic view of the ocean, framed by clouds and blue sky. The wooden deck includes a picnic table and a hanging swing, inviting relaxation. A stone path leads from the terrace, enhancing access to the surrounding nature.
